Concrete Canoe Races

CU Boulder’s student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers hosted the 2019 Rocky Mountain Student Conference. The concrete canoe races, at the Boulder Reservoir, are one of the highlights. The annual event provides civil engineering students with an opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience and leadership skills by using concrete to design, build and test viable watercraft.
