Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Okay- so some Gello lore, its a demon of infertility and general birth bane so its interesting to me that Gello in isaac is actually a demon fetus thing.
Edit: I'd also like to add that Lilith herself has a very similar belief surrounding her, so its also interesting to me how the Devs have interpreted Gello being the Daughter of Lilith (yes Gello is a girl)

Certified Matthew Lazyman moment
A few months ago, i was playing a challenge on the PS vita version of Isaac and i saw a tinted rock and a mushroom close enough to each other so that i can get both with one bomb. So i did and, somehow, got BOTH Magic Mushroom AND Small Rock, which i think are both 1% chances of happening, so 2 1%’s! I was blessed by the mattman!!

The restock thing was a bug? I thought it was a punishment for blowing up the restock machine, you have to see one item for half a second and then watch it leave forever.
I believe being able to pause and close the game to get that skipped item was the bug

The room at around 8:30 that doesn't make sense is a tutorial room. Considering it is still relatively early on in a run, it tries to teach the player that there is more to Isaac than just go in guns blazin and that thoughtful gameplay also has its place.

i got diplopia later in the run and used it on guess what? a natural sacred orb i got from a random secret room

The restock machine bug is weird, in my experience it still happens like half the time, but not always like it does outside the beta, maybe its just the sort of stuff thats being tested of was slightly broken with beta changes

Talking about how on floor 3 the character stops taking double damage and then being absolutely shocked when the character changes on the third floor is truely a Lazy Mattman moment
The restock bug is because the game checks if you blew up the machine, back when this didnt destroy it it obviously counted as a reroll, but the machine being destroyed also rerolls it as well, so when you bomb a machine the check is still made to roll it because its being bombed, and then again when its actually destroyed.

Another fun fact about secret rooms I found out, if you press a button and get enemies, the enemies will spawn in front of the secret room door regardless if you blow it up. So if you get unlucky like me every button press, atleast you can more easily find the secret rooms.
I saw this random meme post on my yt feed and it was some story about someone as a kid entering a planetarium and something funny happens (I don’t remember). It took me a second before I realized that the story had nothing to do with tboi. But i genuinely forgot that planetariums aren’t an Isaac thing. They actually do exists.

Best run I ever had was a guppy on 2nd floor and the finger. I ended up not even shooting and just used the finger to spawn like 20 flies a second and just melted all the bosses. To bad I wasn't progressed far enough to go to the chest.

I honestly dont know abut the skipidi toilet stuff but It makes me happy that we can apreciate that at some point in our lifes we watched questionable stuff as kids and I guess it might not be wanted by any parent in general for their kids to watch weird stuff but... even when they grow older they are gonna find that kind of suff everywhere. So lets appreciate that in some stages of our life we are learning and as we grow eventually we will get to know what we really like. Even if in the end those kind of things stick with us in our lifes :)
