Incredibly useful information Markus, I recently got assigned KO at an aggressive strike price I don't find comfortable trading and I hope I won’t be making the same mistake again. I’m crossing my fingers to stock will rally up so I can close that position soon!

Markus. On your 250k cash 250k margin account, are you at any point selling those puts naked or are all your puts cash secured? I know in one of your prior videos you mentioned that you normally use very little margin and when you do, it’s to run rescue missions with. Just wondering. Nice to see the evolution of your channel. Best one on UA-cam.
He uses margin
He uses his margin buying power to sell puts sometimes but doesn’t have to pay interest on it since the margin money isn’t used to buy the actual stocks yet.

Shouldn't you first have a list of stocks you like to own. And only use this strategy on those stocks if the situtation arises. Now you will get presented all kinds of stock and you might get tempted by the premium to use it. Even though you might not really want to own the stock?
Well, you could do that. But this means that you would have to go through hundreds or thousands of stocks and mark the ones you like best. I find it easier to use my scanner in the morning. see the 20-30 stocks that fit my criteria and decide then. It's quicker this way. Does this make sense?
Markus, I violated one of the rules. I sold puts on a stock hours prior to its earnings release. And the stock plummeted. I'm down like 24%. It's gonna take a lot of rescue missions to bring it back up.
