Bro, I had goosebumps with the whole ending of this. I didn't notice it at first but Dream slowly started taking over Tubbo, Wilbur and Techno's parts. My brain went “aww Tommy before trauma” to “oh my god Tommy going through trauma”- It's the slow but surely transition of Tommy changing for me at the end that really made the hair of my skin stand.
I feel like there’s some symbolism in the way Dream gradually ‘uncloaks’ himself the more he isolates Tommy from everyone but Im too tired to figure it out on my own lol
IM SO HAPPY SOMEONE MENTIONED THIS the ‘uncloaks’ part is more of a ‘metaphor’ of dream slowly revealing his intentions but his words keeps tommy distracted from the truth like exile :3

I know it’s a metaphor for how he uncloaks and reveals more of himself, pretending to be a ‘good friend’ and amiable even though he’s literally gradually taking over most of C!Tommy’s time and isolating him from his friends, but this specific scene ( 0:32 ) of him talking a lot, holding the stupid cake and stuff is really cute and I like it a lot

It’s kind of comforting knowing that a train wreck of a fandom still has nice little bits and pieces. I miss when I didn’t have a care in the world when watching Dream SMP content. Amazing art, by the way!
i know that this is literally all that people talk about on this video but i love how it’s showed that dream slowly becomes more open while tommy loses more of his friends. it’s like as if he’s saying that he’ll only open up as long as tommy drops the rest of his friends
If Tommy has no friends, he does not talk to anybody else but Dream, meaning that Dream can tell Tommy his secrets and since no one else is around, the secrets are safe
Reminds me of the song "If two can kept a secret then one of us is dead"
