Love it. Maybe you could use a rug under your hoop, sand bags or other weight to stabilize your hoop.

Fatima Kassir I listed mine in the description under the video, works great. You can always buy amazon balloon pump. While blowing double stuffed balloon pull on balloons to help air inflate balloon.
