I used to listen to this music when doing ballet. I would spend 3 hours practicing. After an hour I would take a break then go back to doing ballet. I did this when I was six. My babysitter would watch me do ballet and she always said I did a great job. Once the Coronavirus hit, she stopped coming. I still practice ballet on my own till this day. I thought I would just share this because I thought it was really heartwarming to me. This music soothes me whenever I’m stressed. Thank you for making this music because it is excellent!
I agree I do the same I will do ballet for an hour and it makes me feel better when I listen to things like this it makes me feel good it makes me feel as if I am on stage preforming witch will always be my dream. :)

I did ballet for years and ended up having to stop because I had so many injuries I could barely walk. I haven't gotten really out of shape during the pandemic with little motivation, but I miss dancing so much, I enjoyed doing a little Barre to this today. It made my heart a little glad this evening.
