Very helpful stuff, but im having trouble learning the best way to build on the more unique maps like the vertical one or spear / ball, when your building to other parts of the map basically. I feel like im just making a mess :P
The most important thing to remember is that you need to spend as little as possible until you build a weapon. Build your base up AFTER you have placed your weapons. Decide, before the match, what style of build (rockets, lasers, cannons etc) before you start building so you spend as little as possible before you get weapons out!
Forgive me, I don't really play, but I've liked watching these videos. I had a question about the return-to-senders. Instead of immediately sending them back, would it be possible to set up a "battery" where the projectiles infinitely went between two portals, so it would capture all the enemy fire. Then another set of portals would be set up ahead aimed at their core, and then you could set one to passthrough, and dump all them shots back at them at once through the aiming set. Maybe have some of your own weapons add to the mix, also. Seems like a great way to one-shot people with their own ammo. Possible? Possible, but not practical?
@@SynergyGamingTV I see the particle accelerator. That's what I was thinking. Except, were you capturing enemy fire and adding it to the bank, as well? Waste not, want not, I figure!
@@Whackjob Yeah so the angles are so tight that to just catch their projectile and "save it" would be WAY to difficult to apply in a regular match, imo.
@@Whackjob Honestly probably not possible. You'd have to make it like the particle accelerator, but the chance that the opponent would shoot at the perfect angle into the portal is almost impossible.
I love the mind bubble with "wood SPAM" of the commander @3:22 🤣
I’m a pro now we’ll I know how to play thanks to the best forts streamer
Thanks dude, that really means a lot!
But I don't want to be gay :(
0:50 Synergy talking about "dark stuff" must be a reference to a certain mod, time for a conspiracy theory
this is very helpful. I now know what portals do
Awesome Video it will help me next time i play forts thanks
Glad I could help

@@SynergyGamingTV Ok, so possible, but very impractical. Thanks for taking the time to give an experienced answer. I appreciate it.
