Some speak up and others do not, thereby giving a mixed message. Know, the responsible people are already aware of this. Since it appears not to bother them, then we need to settle down and not let it bother us. Recognize one good thing since the lines have been put in place: the horses are not being incessantly mauled & petted. Some types who visit: 1. Entitled 2. Stubbornly determined (like children they will test where they can place their feet) 3. Annoyingly befuddled (are confused by both the signs and see the lines as a personal invitation to step in)

What is the point of having the box if the troopers, most of them don't enforce the rules. They have to be consistant and on the same page at all time. The tourist are pushing the envelope to see jist how much rhey can get away with.

Any Guards who doesn't obey ORDERS should be removed from the Household Calvary. They are SOLDIERS. So London's Royal Military can disobey orders and NOT face court martial?
