  • Uganda's inflation increased to 3.6% in January 2025, up from 3.3% in December 2023, primarily driven by a rise in core inflation, according to the latest data from the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS). For consumers, this means digging a bit deeper into their pockets to afford everyday purchases. RACHEAL NABISUBI reports.
