Hi is a MSc management valuable at all? Management is quite a generic term and I'm not sure how a MSc provides any real world value other than theoretical knowledge thats probably worth anything after at least some yesrs of work ex, hence why MBAs still have value Is this true?
Hi, thank you for making this video, it's very helpful. I'm going to take a little interview of this program too. May I ask of how difficult of the questions? Did they ask thing like about business aspects or just about personal experiences? Would be much appreciated if you could help answer this. THANK YOU!
American here. Knowing that it’s a city school it won’t have any extracurricular activities. And management studies is good for management. You should have known what path you wanted to go instead of just going to school. That’s why I held off to going to grad school. Maybe in a yr or two for me. Hope it works out for you
I can't believe that you had to sit exams in order to know how to manage a business. I don't have a problem with a management degree. I just think it should be entirely projects-based and case studies analysis. Adding exams to it sounds like BS and indoctrination. My 2 cents!
Hello! Yes i did, i actually applied, but unfortunately got rejected from them:( haha i will say that kings (at least with me) took a LONG time to give me their decision on my application. I think it was 4 months in total. Good luck though!:)
@@carolinasdiary8115 I mean, this year I'm graduating from high school and I want to apply to UK and in UCAS there are some courses for undergraduate (freshman/Bachelor) that said Master and lasts 5 years. That means I can apply for Master degrees as an undergraduate student?
Sorry for the late reply haha! I’m not sure, i would research the course a lot on both! I’m also not so sure about jobs because of covid haha, but we definitely have maaaany job fairs with companies:)
Hey Carolina, I will be joining ucl to study MSc Finance this September. Would really appreciate if you could give any suggestions on accommodation situated somewhat close to both Canary Wharf and bloomsbury.
Hi Reet, congratulations! This is so so tough, cause London housing is limited, but my best advice would be Canary Wharf or anything west/south towards central London!
Hi Carolina! Do you think the course taught during your study is more practical or theoretical? I am considering applying to the same course and really want to make sure of it before I do. Great video btw!
Hello, thanks so much for watching! I can definitely say that it is both practical and theoretical! Some courses have more theory than others, but the final projects will always be a real-life scenario! Hope this helps:)
@@carolinasdiary8115 Thank you! Do you have any reading list rec that I can read for the quantitative courses? If you don't mind can we discuss via email? It'd be very helpful for me :)

Celeste ahhh yes! This is somewhat correct. You can apply to a course that combines your undergraduate degree and your Masters together into 5 years:)
