Those earrings ❤️. The size is definitely everyday. Hope your “surgery” 😊 recovery is well. Some options that may help your digestion is turmeric, Ginger, fennel… you can find in teas also Mary Ruth Organics has a prebiotic probiotic and postbiotic combo pill that sounds good, haven’t tried but maybe check their site. Also maybe research because it could be something you need to eliminate from your diet/lifestyle that may help. Enjoyed!

I LOVE the Trader Joe's regular vegetable fried rice, I never had the chicken fried rice though lol. The vegetable one is hands down blazin to me ! 😋🔥

You should try the sweet plantains from Trader Joe's. They are so good!
Try Metamucil and eating fruit with the skin on like pears plums apples. I used to not poop for a week at a time and I was bloatedddd! I drink the sugar free one and it has a lot of fiber!
If you need a show to watch on Netflix I would definitely recommend The 100. I just started watching it and i'm already on season 2. I'll admit the first episode isn't that great but after thet it's definitely 10/10 :)

Nah, I get a Bulgogi bowl with a side of Bulgogi kimbap at my local Korean restaurant, and they both look and taste amazing. The cashier always makes me laugh cuz she’s surprised that I can pronounce everything semi-correctly 😅. Trader Joe’s meals are usually a miss for me, so I’m not surprised it didn’t look that great. Their desserts are good though, especially their sweet cream cheesecake bites and macarons.

I had the Miradry procedure and at first it was helpful. I wasn’t wearing deodorant at all. But after a couple of weeks I noticed I started sweating again. So I started with natural deodorants and I am still experimenting with them. Unfortunately I think I’m going to have to go back to get a second treatment. My doctor told me some people have to go back because they have more severe cases of hyperhydrosis.
But how bad? Cause some folks seem to not want to sweat at all after. I just want it to significantly go away! Like, I’ll take it! 🤣
@@luneeve it’s not that bad. My problem is I can’t find a deodorant that works for me. Once I think one is working, my body gets used to it and I’m on the hunt again. I did notice that I sweat more in other areas tho.
