Fun fact: If you have lures and match your buddy with that typing (ex: use glacial lure and have spheal as a buddy) it will actually promote more Zorua encounters 😀 Happy hunting

@@rodney9387 it's from the Zorua event. If your buddy is shiny, Zorua will show up as your buddy (that is also shiny).

Just imagine how cool it would be if Zoroark had Illusion in GBL where it disguises itself as a different Pokemon in your party, but then it reveals itself as soon as it uses a Charged Attack
or receives one

I used shadow blastoise to catch ‘em. Was neat to see shadow Pokémon in the map
I did shadow mammoswine and it was the hardest shit to catch ever
I also did shiny mega absol, shiny Yveltal, shiny riolu, lol. I was having fun

It was wild seeing shiny mega Gengar spawn on the map, would have been wild to see how it would have worked with the duplication glitch

Odd question, but can you use the shiny glitch with Zorua encounters? I recall you talking about changing shinies between wild pokemon, so I am curious if it could work by fooling the system with Zorua encounters if your partner pokemon is a shiny.
It feels wierd seeing mega pokemon as encounterable.
as neat as this is for GO itself, this isn’t really a problem when it comes to the main series like you made it out to be. Swsh and (more notably) BDSP had methods of cloning pokémon, some of which being insanely easy
Yep, there's literally websites selling cloned/generated pokemon including legendaries with everything maxed, including shinies if not shiny locked and they pollute mystery trades like crazy. This glitch is barely a blip among those lol.
@@Rylatar Well the thing about that is if it's not ur acc they are trading those pokemon to you and they'll get their IVs and CP rerolled anyway so idk who is buying these "maxed out legendary shiny everything" pokemon lol but they are getting FINESSED. So they'd be buying glitched accounts and It's lame if you can't have it on your main account.

@@DylGonZo I was talking about mainline games. Considering Pokemon Company does literally nothing about all the hacked/duped mons as long as they don't tick off any illegal flags (until some incident on an IRL tournament happens I suppose), this is barely a blip.

I like to keep my buddy as a Pokemon that doesn't really spawn often, so I know it's zorua
i made zorua my buddy so i could get some extra candies for him, but now whenever a zorua spawns it shows a zorua spawning on the map, and the cool part is since it already shows up as zorua, it doesn’t even show the transformation animation
I got wild metagross, great to see it
Then it was a 906 cp Zorua

i noticed that when hunting zorua, it only came up for me once i opened the app. one would spawn everytime i opened app but never when walking around
I just caught my first Galarian bird of a daily incense and it was a moltres. I remembered what you said I took my time for the excellent with a ultra ball and golden raz and it worked thank you for all your videos they help new players like me

@MYSTIC7 Why don’t you use the Silver Pinaps and Pinap Berries on Zorua? It would make you get more candies that way, right?

I found a Zorua that’s HP was in the red. Apparently theres a glitch of Zorua’s where people catching the mon may find a Zorua with little to no HP

Thanks for explaining. Others had, but it just didn't make sense, now I get it. I took some cool shots too. Mostly best buddied shinies. I think my best were purified Apex Ho-Oh and shiny Mega Steelix. It was very cool seeing them in the wild, but disappointed with Zorua. Best I caught was an 80%, and can't even trade them. Wonder if Niantic will fix that to. Love the shiny costumed Ninetales!

Have your buddy out with you whenever you're like you're going somewhere and you may have a chance of your buddy spawning and then it will be so zorua

I made my buddy shiny groundon and it's super easy to spot because it takes up half of the screen when it spawns
one of the things i did was use buzzwole and my shiny yveltal. i was going to use tyrantrum too but it was too late. something i thought of as the video was playing though was using a mega, which i did not use

Cool, hopefully this glitch will still be around when I get my shiny Jirachi so I can transfer them to my main game until one is modest or timid.
For me Zorua got old real fast because Niantic disabled the Pole Ball Plus. That and the fact that out of the 50+ Zorua that I caught, they were all one star or less trash.
Somthing I think they are doing with this testing overworld shinys it would make sense
I used my shiny best buddy equipped Mewtwo as my first Zorua spawns and then switched to my Apex shadow Lugia it was really cool to see them spawn in the wild also I still have my Apex shadow Lugia as my buddy pokemon

You can also see them in the while by making them your buddy and just feeding them same thing
my favourite encounters with zorua were my shiny ditto, shiny mega charizard y, and my first raid shiny genesect :)
I caught enough to evolve 2 and power up one a bit for a powerful Zoroark.
I also caught a shiny (normal) Yamask!
Imagine if they had overworld shinys.
