Great show, Marc. Not the same I know, but we went through a similar thing with my Gran over a decade ago. She was the stereotypical matriarch figure and very much the glue in our wee family and went out of her way to help anyone in need.
She had not long got the all clear from battling breast cancer when she fell ill suddenly, and we found out her cancer had come back but had spread elsewhere. We lost her within a week or so of finding that out and felt like the ground and been pulled from under our feet.
Big respect for the beautiful tribute to what sounded like a wonderful woman and well done for managing to find laughs in amongst it all too. ❤

Started watching Marc Jennings' comedy to get used to the Scottish accent as I was moving to Glasgow for a few months. Ended up being funny and heart-warming instead of just some lesson.
