We must learn how to take time to rest and understand that there are benefits to resting both physically and spiritually. If we do not take time to rest, we will become burnt out, even in the things that God is calling us to do. God wants us to rest in HIM, He will and can provide the refreshing and the refilling that we need, but we must make time to seek His presence and cut off all distractions, including our own thoughts. When we rest in the Lord, our Spirit is strengthened, renewed, restored, and refreshed!
