For me, I think the best way to find melody, especially for karaoke, is to listen to the original song. Pay attention to how the singer adjust his voice to the different notes and how he can form a sort of partnership with the music. Or better yet, you can try to come up with your own melody until you think it is great for you, and possibly others as well. For singing, best to start diaphragm warm-ups like breathing in and out while pushing in your upper-belly, trying to hold a sound while breath air out for a long while (not to long though). Next is to do harmonic warm-up where you basically do 'do-re-mi' and so on, you can find such warm-ups on youtube easily, these will help you get your tone up. Remember, good things takes hard work. So if you want to keep your voice sounding as good as you want, try to do the stuff above consistently. Might be a hassle, but damn near worth it.
@@josephbradford6675 Dear Jiseph thank you for your reply. You trying to teach me basic principles of singing. I know them I went to the singing teacher more then a year. She was the former opera singer. I was minus zero and she broke my non singing nature. I was working like donkey and should say I can do somethig. But I don t know notes I m singing just by ear . You know when I m singing without main tune and lost my way I cannot start once again correctly I have to go to the beginning if there is a tune I can go on.
