Guys, how to E-minion Q opponent make my Q dont hit the minion, because everytime i E my Q hits the same target

If you press eq at the same time it will target minion. If you wait 0.5 sec after E and then use Q u can aim it

You have to be close to the minion . the closer you are to it, the further you will dash. And dont spam eq instant, use q right in the end of e animation

as first answers says, delay it a bit, with time you'll be used to how much you need to delay q

You don't have to wait 0.5s between E > Q. Your Q will not auto-aim on minions, it only does that vs champions.
It just depends on your cursor placement. Make sure when you E that you are close enough to the minion to dash fully through it. Then aim and throw Q.
If you go too fast you'll throw Q at the minion because your cursor will still be on it. The most important thing is cursor placement and timing.
