He felt as if he was not pulling his weight as co-ceo, he couldn't keep up with Jay Park ( but not many people can, co-ceo of 2 labels, and also signed to Roc Nation, he's not human) he also wanted to concentrate more on his music. He wrote a song as his resignation letter called Me No Jay Park, which is not a diss track, it just explains why he was resigning. He is now just an artist under AOMG and seems to be much happier, DJ Pumpkin is the new co-ceo with Jay.

@@tatianagois7291 Jay didn't resign as CEO of AOMG/H1ghr to focus on his music, he did it because he felt he had done as much as he could for the labels and they could run smoothly without him being CEO, although he is still supposed to acting as an advisor for both labels and he still has part ownership in both labels, he wanted to try something new so he started his third label More Vision and is in the process of creating a boy group, also his launch of Won Soju which is about to be distributed internationally in the US, UK and Australia I believe in addition he hosting his own talk show, will be a judge on another and will soon be releasing his R&B album and going on what may be his last tour
