Side note: modern Rochester has about 200k in city population, but if you add in its suburbs and surrounding towns and cities, Rochester has about 1M inhabitants. Moreover, the city it’s part of a massive metro area encompassing Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Rochester which combined has 3-4 million people.
Wow man. Used to live in Rochester and never explored the tunnels but had an urge to look for it on UA-cam. Your video was the most recent so I clicked it. Thought it would just be a shaky cam but you guys did some great production. Great intro with the background and commentary during the exploration. Felt like a POV guided tour lol. Keep it up!
That I’m not sure about, I didn’t see any possible way to get a car down there from the entrance I took. Maybe there is another way in, but I’m not too familiar with the area. But from the way I entered, definitely no room.
Can’t get your car down anymore. The last place to bring your car within reach was filled in back around 2018 for luxury apartments near Dinosaur BBQ. I believe the way he got in near Blue Cross arena is the only way in now. No room for cars
@@xdcamo1619 wow I had no idea that was possible! I’d love to know how. I thought for sure the tunnel behind Dinosaur BBQ was the only way and I thought it was fully closed up. Did you ever see how he got it there or how he left? Could it have been through a service entrance from the Gannet building that the city still uses to control the property?
@@itsconnornash I have no clue how he got there. When I got there I saw him in the tunnel already and was working on his car with the hood open while i was standing near the entrance near the blue cross arena, as he drove past I took a video of him going into the tunnel and then watched him dissapear into the darkness and then i left shorty after that. But i did find a youtube short and it might be helpful, I have no clue what the Dinosaur BBQ entrance looks like so it might be the one in the video but i’m not sure. ua-cam.com/users/shortsCave3kQ2I44?si=t7RZaMBiarBzT_4q

Appreciate this. Where did you enter the river walk to get inside?
@@youtubehatesfreespeech2245Right on the side of E Broad Street by the Blue Cross Arena, it was completely open too!
Yeah! Greater Rochester (Monroe County) has around 750k people!
Great information. I love your narratives. Very interesting explore.
Thank you so much! 🙏
a perfect representation of rochester

Thank you so much man! It was a lot of fun exploring those tunnels, I’d love to go back and see them again-I barely scratched the surface of them!
Pic of where you entered?
I don’t have a picture unfortunately, but it’s right alongside E Broad Street by the Blue Cross Arena, completely open!
is it still possible to bring your car down? the experience is a lot better if you bring your car down there

I was down there over the summer around august-september and I saw some guy drive an old beat up car down there into the tunnel. I took a video of it.

Interesting video ... think about using the term "dope" less ... it sounds pretty idiotic . Alas you'll figure it out soon enough.
Gen Z my friend.
