Thank you for posting this. I have a large art studio. I have been crafting for nearly 30 years. So I have THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of art and craft supplies that I have never touched. Thousands of dollars in art and craft supplies that I may pass away without ever touching. And when I'm ready to craft, I feel anxiety because I have far too many choices. I have dies, stamps, inks, watercolors, acrylics, pastes, glitters, dies, pencils, stencils, embossing folders, heat foiling templates, non heat foiling foils, markers galore, digital stamps and images, papers, kits, sets, Jesus!!!! Just sitting down to make a birthday card causes me anxiety. I don't even know where to start because I have too much stuff. I have canceled my beloved monthly subscriptions: Tonic Studios, Spellbinders Paper Arts, etc. It's not that I don't love them. I just simply will never use anything else and I don't need to have $100 per month coming out of my account for things I don't need.
Yes to all of this. I also get over-whelmed when there are too many supplies surrounding me. I'd suggest to put together a couple of small kits with what you have and to start to work with just those kits. Then start pulling more and more supplies as you go. Enjoy the gorgeous supplies you have in your space already!
My New Year's resolution is to make one card per day using a different die or stamp set. I have finally figure out how to work my way through my stash and to get rid of the guilt. I bought it. I'm going to use it. @@ScrappyWife
Thank u Elisa. I love some of the colors (pink. Purples) of the papers, the 2 sticker sheets ( especially all the butterflies & flowers). I have had 2 stop subscriptions because of finances. I 2 Have a lot of supplies in my craft room that need 2 b used b4 I get more. Elisa u r showing wisdom in realizing that u need 2 stop a subscription 4 right now. Thank u 4 your example in this area. Have a great, blessed, victorious day.
This is a beautiful kit! I agree with you! It is so hard to stop something you love but when you have no storage that’s not good either. Thank you so much for sharing gif with us! ❤
I get "My Creative Scrapbook Kit Club", I've been getting it for 2 years now and I enjoy getting it every month. They include fun things like stencils that I normally won't buy but I learn new techniques because they include different things in the kit. They post videos and layouts so i always have examples of what i could do with the supplies in the kits.I'm very very happy with the subscription.
The Simple Stories - Simple Vintage Life in Bloom line is absolutely amazing. My mom and I have the collection kit plus extras all on our dining room table right now as we are making cards and layouts along with our local scrapbooking store! We love it.
Beautiful kit! Interested that you put a hold on your purchases so you can use what you have on hand…what a concept!!🤣 Needless to say it’s a good reminder for me to do the same!!💙💛🪴
Like so many others have said - Yes it's so hard when you love it so much. But my craft room is bursting at the seams and I need to stop bringing things in - and use what I have!
Yes! I just know that when my space feels over-crowded, I quickly feel uninspired to create. So I try really hard to limit myself, but it is a tough decision.
Oh my gosh, you spoke to my weakness for subscription kits AND my tendency to hoard all the beautiful elements instead of using them. At the moment, I am signed up for one monthly subscription, but I need to suspend it so I can use what I have accumulated. Separately, I have been getting into the Simple Stories line. Their recent releases have been gorgeous and inspiring, and I think any of their collections would complement your style. Have a wonderful Wednesday, Elisa!
I think I have paused the hip kit club a few times already. I always am tempt to go back to it but am holding off. I have too. many of the papers left. But I do love the club.
I do a lot of subscriptions but I cancel or pause ones I don't like. I like to try new things tho that's how I end up with so many! I paused A&O this quarter there were only 2 things in the box that I liked and I have a tower of A&O journals so I didn't see any value in buying it. I canceled 2 planner kit subs and 1 craft box sub this month too. Looking forward to finding new things to try. I really love the papers in this.
It does feel good to hop around every now and then. I was actually thinking of restarting my A&O, but I too have a lot of journals just waiting to be filled!
After opening this package and using part of it, would you keep this kit together, or would you separate paper, stickers, etc. into your existing craft room organization sections? *** THE STRUGGLE IS REAL ***
I keep my kits together for a while, until I have used them a few times. Then, I break them up into their parts and store them by stickers/paper/chipboard, etc.

Love the kit..but I am in an overload mood, also.
It's a lot - especially after so many companies have had releases in the last few weeks!
That pink fresh studio line is beautiful with all the pinks and oranges. 🖤
Totally agree! I love getting the chance to see some of these goodies in person!
Hi Elisa! I agree with you...we keep having supplies coming in. It is soooo hard to stop some subscriptions but it does make sense!
It has to happen every now and then - hehe, I know I craft ALOT, but I still have a ton of supplies around here.
Pretty kit! I am a fan of starting and stopping subscriptions when there is something new I want to try.
Yup, it is always good to keep your eyes open at what possibilities are out there!

Yes, sometimes you have so much product that you almost can't enjoy it!
Wow! Where’s a lot of papers in that kit! Love the Simple Stories too!
Right?!
Lovely kit!
