And when you breath in expand your diaphragm outward and upon exhale slowly push the air from your lungs and then push the air from your tummy so to speak. Go slow and be aware while you are doing this. This is a safe exercise and very effective.
Good for you, but beware, always be oriented towards the Father and the love for the Highest, the One, as lower spirits and occult secrets can sometimes lead you astray... And from my very limited experience, sometimes only the light of Christ and the love of the Holy Spirit can protect you from the darkness which necessarily comes when studying the occult.
