If a policeman handcuffed/imprisoned/attacked a person with a taser or gun with NO solid reason, this policeman will be removed from his position. Punishment: dismissal of the police officer and punishment in accordance with state laws.``` ```3. Asking for a bribe (money, goods or services) or taking a bribe from other policeman or players in exchange of goods, money or services. Punishment: dismissal of the police officer and punishment in accordance with state laws.``` ```4. Detention and/or imprisonment of a civilian without cause. Punishment: dismissal of the police officer and punishment in accordance with state laws.``` ```5. Attacking civilians with weapons, hands or tasers without Roleplay reason. Punishment: dismissal of the police officer.``` ```6. Disrespectful attitude towards colleagues in chats and all servers related to Police Faction. What does it mean? Insulting other cops, calling them names (e.g. "idiot") Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```7. Using firearms / physical force / special equipment without warning. What does it mean? Before shooting, using a taser or attacking you need to warn the civilian about it. For example : “Sir, If you will not stop, I will use a taser.” Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```8. Non-observance of subordination / not following orders of superiors in rank. Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```9. Violation of State laws (server rules). Punishment: 1 reprimand + punishment provided for by State law.``` ```10. Using company vehicles for personal purposes. Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```11. Disrespectful attitude towards colleagues and civilians. What does it mean? Disrespectful attitude is considered: rudeness, insults and any manifestations of intolerant behavior. Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```12. Using personal vehicles to do the police job. Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```13. It is forbidden to insult players/employees of the faction (if its not role played). Punishment: 1 reprimand.``` ```14. Arresting someone without giving a reason. What does it mean? Before arresting someone you need to name the reason in voice chat or text it in the text chat. Example : “Hello Sir! You are arrested for 3 civil violations. You have the right to keep silent.” Punishment: 1 warning.``` ```15. Not replying to messages in Discord, not participating in police activities, not doing things the State Assist team or Police faction leader asks. Punishment: 1 warning.``` ```16. Arresting a person without screenshot of list of his violations. What does it mean? If you do the SEARCH FOR WANTED activity, you make a screenshot of the people that have violations before going on Search. Its for your own good. Punishment: 1 warning.``` ```17. Not giving information about people arrested Punishment: 1 warning.``` ```18. For not properly Role Playing. What does it mean? Role play is the act of imitating the character and behavior of someone who is different from yourself, for you - being a policeman; Imagine you are a cop in real life. For example, before arresting someone, make sure you say “I’m arresting you for this reason. You have a right to keep silent”. Always say “Sir” and “Please”, and Play a Role of a Policeman.
