So, prices are going down a bit, I see 👀 🤔..Is Mirasol a primarily Mexican neighborhood? How old is the home? Why r they selling? How close is it to a school or a church? Any businesses on both sides of the home? Any selitre or mold? We need something similar but with a larger garden with fruit trees and a pozo

I think prices have reached their peak and may even be dropping ever so slightly. There is still plenty of demand but buyer won't pay any more. Mirasol is mixed neighborhood, roughly 60% American/Canadian, 27% Mexican and the balance from the rest of the world (according to the MLS stats). There are many churches nearby and elementary schools in nearby San Antonio. There are no businesses in Mirasol as it's strictly residential. The house appeared in excellent shape and I didn't see any salitre (but it's hard to look for that when I'm filming. I'd need to do a more careful inspection).
