Unfortunately for us it's been his writing. He spent most if not all his time after GSP writing for the biggest artist in the world like Bieber, Selena Gomez, Miley and a ton of others I read somewhere if you add up all the stuff Jon worked on it came to something like 40 billion plays which is wild!
(Recall his dementia lyrics from other songs) A celebration of his Ma's life and all the mothers who go that extra mile - think of the outro as Southern Gospel just going on a tear of joy, the ones still with us and beyond.
The ending is beautiful because jazz music is to the celebration of life, because dementia slowly drags you down then God takes you, this song breaks my heart because I have family members with dementia but it's a beautiful tribute..
I FINALLY WATCHED IT!!! this song in particular is one of those songs where i can say, it truly is a peak music journey. the emotions given off through instruments and sounds, not only with the lyrics, but throughout the entire song. every verse, every chorus and the middle and endings, not a single moment in this song isn't emotional. each part of this track sounds different yet has the same impact through all 8 minutes. i'm REALLY glad you reacted to this one, such an amazing song. side note, i made a short film built around this song as my summative project for my film class, it ended up getting 98% and i passed as the top student :)
At the end when you said that you would like to see him produce the music for a movie it’s funny because one of his main goals is to make the music for a Pixar film. Also the human condition he’s said is the music for a movie that will never be made or produced, just a journey through the music.
I think he’s past that. Things obviously didn’t go to plan with whatever deal he had set in 2016/7. He hasn’t mentioned wanting to do a Pixar films score since early 2017
What's next for Jon Bellion???

The end is what I imagine walking into heaven sounds like....It’s next level production...can’t wait for whatever’s next for JB.
Fun fact, he’s actually creating an animated series. I’m not sure when it’ll be done but it’s in the works
This is amazing! You'll have to keep me posted when it's released.
Can’t wait for it hope it’s as beautiful as his music

Fun fact, I’m trying to make a movie with this being part of the bass of the film. Trust me, it’s a tearful masterpiece
The end of this song always gives me goosebumps

Jon was so excited that he was able to get Quincy Jones on this song I'm not sure if you knew that or not but I think he helped produce it.
i’m at school right now so i can’t watch 😭😭 i’ll comment again when i’m finished watching it later, this one is exciting
It is also about his mother taking care of his grandma who has an alzheimer's disease.
Great vid!
