Toga’s different from other villains, that’s what I love about her. She’s not emo or depressed, she’s kind of her own little category. I like how she’s a HAPPY psycho path, and never lets anyone stop her from loving whoever and whatever she wants. Even though she’s a little creepy, it still wouldn’t stop me from being friends with Toga. Toga’s fun and still cares about the people close to her (at least compared to other villains).

Manic, evil laughs are more symptomatic of paranoid schizophrenia, bipolarism and psychotic hallucinations. The bloodlust is more symptomatic of Narcissism or Sadism.
