Soaking them in warm or hot water works well from my experience. I’ve tried sewing maching ordorless oil, and blow drying, but hot water seems to work best…
Great review, I saw a video using everyday dish soap. He put some a toothpick and let it slip into the joints. But I’m sure you have to keep doing it. I used some message oil because that’s all I have until I saw using dish soap.

@ I may have to indulge. But my partner hates that I’m into this lol. So it’s sort of on the down-low. Haha! All the bootlegs have major issues but I keep on saying a mantra of “it’s cheaper -it’s cheaper-it’s cheaper….” lol
Actually the bootlegs have better proportions. The Mafex looks more cartoony…like exaggerated proportions…animated looking. But of course the original is better sculpted. It all is specific. Better quality. But again, The Mafex official is triple the price at least. So it’s trade off…

This is a knock off not a bootleg. Many do like those claws.
