Aww he's super cute love him. You have the same problem as me that really does my head in. Some marks are left on the finished piece and i dont know what I'm doing wrong. I also use aquacast and i leave them to dry for 24 hours before doing anything else to them. And still there are marks on them 😢
Thankyou Karen. You’re not doing anything wrong, if you’ve noticed on the top of your piece when it drying the water is darker because the water carries the pigment and when some areas are drying slower pigment is there for longer and that bit becomes darker. That’s my hypothesis anyway, I hope this helps ❤️
@wendysdecorium Yeah I was thinking the same. But why won't those dark patches go away? It's ad if it's stained my things and that's been over a week now 😭
I’ve tried sanding it a lot and it still doesn’t go away, I’ve learned to live with it now. If you use it without pigment it doesn’t happen and if your pigment is really dark you don’t get it either x
