I was in Costco in Canada yesterday and a beef roast was $200.00 yes that is right $200.00 it was prime rib but come on people nobody eats that well.

For most people I would agree with you. But here's a video from other channel. Please take the time to watch it as I share blood work and everything else. I have some very good friends they're vegan and plus it is more cost effective to eat beans as your protein source but.... When you see the numbers from when I was on that diet personally it doesn't work for me.
