I was told, HR4013C is less durable than Hr3200c becoz it has some plastic mayerial inside. I got HR3200 and don't know if I shud replace it with hr4013c
One of the more difficult things on this machine is the spring ring arrester behind the rubber cover at the tool mouth. But very unfortunately you don’t show how it was monted nor how to remove and replace.(you put the machine up we don’t see, and after that you don’t show the parts removed….

Hi i have same machine. Starts sparks around brushes and it turns slow with noise. Smells burning wires from inside drill..
What is your diagnose?
Your Armature is going or gone. Plus brushes.
