They were so amazing live! I can't believe I got to see them dance up close like that. Somin is seriously beautiful. My fav!
I'm still pretty stoked that I got to take some pics with J.Seph and BM before the show. Somin didn't understand me at first so she quickly asked her manager but I was like awhhhhh nooo cuz any time you ask the manager we all know they gonna say no. She was still sweet tho when she apologized in Korean that she couldn't take a picture with me. I passed by them again later on, but too bad I couldn't get one of them to sign one of my playing cards though. They were in a rush to get interviewed.

they let people bring full dslr cameras to take pics? i thought that wasn't allowed.
The dslr cameras in front of me are the SXSW photographers who have the badges to bring the cameras in and shoot for the company they represent, etc. They get to go in for the first two songs and then they have to go to the side to wait for the next artist.

why did somin say she couldn't take a pic with you when BM and JSeph did it? the girls are off limits?
I saw KARD a lot before the show walking around upstairs. And as they passed me I quickly was able to interact with BM because he was at the end of the line (they were walking in a single file line behind the manager to get from one side to another to get introduced to important people, etc). When I got JSeph that was probably the third or fourth time I saw them. My friend asked and I jumped into their selfie when JSeph nodded and said ok. BM definitely knows english so he knew I wanted a selfie pic right away and same with Jseph. But Jseph didn't understand at first, and BM who was next to him at that time explained quickly in Korean and Jseph was like okok! For some reason, to me, Jiwoo was kinda hard to approach. Plus she was always next to the manager and I'm pretty sure I would have been pushed away if I got too close. I was able to catch Somin briefly as I walked down the stairs (this was the same time when my friend asked for a pic with JSeph) and since I knew this would probably be the last chance, I was like fck it I gotta ask Somin cuz she's my fav. So when I asked for a quick pic, she didn't understand. I pointed to my phone and had it ready, but she had the "hold on just a minute lemme ask permission" action going on and turned to ask her manager (by that time I already knew it was a lost cause) and the manager was like shaking her hand and waving me away like no no no. so all I could do was smile and wave to her as I leave lol. I guess maybe she didn't want to act on her own in case she might get in trouble? Like she might have thought fan pics were off limits or something. tl:dr; manager was too close to the girls but the guys were chill and in the back
