I replaced my ziptie with the removable one I was sick of cutting them off 😂🤦 I love people when they do a 💩 job and then someone else has to fix it 😂😂😂.
BTW you should get a 360 camera is cheaper than a person and you can choose the angle you desire once you editing so you can show us more things 😅

The filter is one of the most common causes of an oil leak. Ideally, the oil filter should be replaced every oil change. If you change your oil at home, you may forget this important step or the new filter may not be installedly properly.

i just fixed a leak on a 13 and it turned out to be the oring on the crank sensor, not the pto gasket like I thought

You can get the bottom bolts out without lifting the engine if you have a small wrench and are a flexible teenager 😂

Not that condensation will build up in the intercooler they are not always leaking

What are the torque specs for the 4 bolts on the oil cooler? I am doing mine this weekend on my 2008 Challenger 230 Wake edition...thankfully on the boat, they are accessible without having to live the engine...thank you for the tip on the grease on the o rings...I was wondering how to prep them!

The entertainment value alone is worth watching your videos! I always enjoy your humour and troubleshooting skills that i always learn from! It's refreshing when i can watch your videos and know you know what you're talking about with no BS that i can trust. I have a 2013 rxpx 260 with 100 hrs that's been sitting in my garage since 2019. I started it every few months since then and always fired up no problem. I used it primarily in salt water and always flushed it with salt away, dried it out, changed the oil/filter a few times. I let it sit for all this time starting with covid but other priorities limited funds for the 100 hour service i knew it needed so the ski sadly sat for all this time. I finally got the rebuild kit and tools for the supercharger and a month ago i put the ski in the water just for a quick test to make sure everything was ok before doing the supercharger rebuild and service. I'm idiling out from the ramp for about 5 minutes and everything seems good and give it some gas, pops up on plane to 35 mph or so then coughs and almost dies out and running a little rough but after a few seconds sounds good at idle again so i give it the gas, same thing like it's starving for fuel. It's about a mile home and idled perfect, got it on the lift, drained the fuel, changed out the inner and outer fuel pump assembly strainers, spark plugs looked good but changed them anyway, injectors looked clean but checked/cleaned them. Because of watching your video i pulled the throttle body hose and it was dry and clean. The throttle body only had a tiny bit of corrosion around the hose connection so i buttoned everything up and it started right up. I get it lowered in the water and idle about 100 feet and it alarms with check engine light with a constant 2000 rpm idle. The throttle doesn't do anything just stays at 2000 rpm. I thought maybe thats how limp mode works so put it back on the lift. I go straight to the throttle body thinking i did something when i pulled the intercooler hose. I pull the hose and see a little moisture where it had been completely dry 30 minutes prior. I started it and see water spraying out and it still had high idle but the alarm stopped, check engine light went off. I stopped it and reached in the throttle body pushing the butterfly slightly and it felt stuck but freeded up with just slight pressure. I started it again and the idle is normal and have throttle control back with no alarms/lights. I knew that intercooler at 11 years old needed changing but with only 100 hrs just thought it was weird how it went bad in 30 minutes idiling for a couple minutes. I'm thinking i had multiple issues possibly with the fuel strainers or fuel deposits from 5 year old fuel causing the fuel starvation symptom, stuck or sticky fuel deposits in the throttle body causing the high idle and the intercooler just about to let go! That was a long story but i'm installing a fizzle today shipped direct that i got in one day with standard shipping. I didn't even realize it was sitting by my door all day thinking it would be a few days. It looks very well made and with any luck i'll be out on the water tomorrow! Thanks for all the valuable info and expertise i've used to have the confidence to work on my own ski saving lots of money and hopefully done right with help from your videos with the satisfaction i did it myself! Keep the excellent videos coming and that great attitude you have with the comedy mixed in as icing on the cake!

Hello, by gtx 260, 2016, when I want to change oil cooler, it has to go out whole engine? Or just air intake ? I can put down air intake, because of two bolts down.

I am working on a 2013 GTI 130SE and the engine oil leaked into the coolant that made icky mess throughout the entire system, but there is no trace of coolant in the oil. Do you think it's a blown head gasket or a leaking oil cooler? Also, what's a fast way to flush out all that mess from the cooling system?? Thanks for making great videos!

Have you seen the oil coolers leak with O-rings intact? I have a 2018 RXT-X that seemed to be leaking from underneath left side of the oil cooler. I lifted engine and pulled oil cooler off but O-Rings were still there. No visible cracks, holes, or corrosion on oil cooler.

Great video like always but did you replace the intercooler…… I guess I’m lucky because I have a 2016 RXPX 300 with the original intercooler and it’s still perfect.
