@johnbell8011 Thank you so much, John Bell. Are you the john bell I know from California a million years ago? 😀 (In Malibu/pepperdine?) I just did the final walkthrough with the new owners and it's quite sad to be leaving this amazing property, but I know they will be so happy here. I hope they will let me come back and visit and see some of the beautiful plants we planted, matured. Hey thanks for watching!!
Wow, wow, wow, you weren't joking about this one. For me, my #1 priority is the land. The energy must be there within. I can't imagine how it feels to be there. #2 is grounding, 6 tier waterfalls, immaculate landscape, I can see myself waking up for some morning meditation on the grounds. There is no need for footwear on this property. Wow, and there's more. Love the statues as well. 👏🏾 you.
Aloha Sunil, yes, I'm barefoot much of the time here!😀 Thank you for your wonderful comment. I also created many of the smaller gardens and added most of the colorful plants to some of the larger gardens. I've probably planted thousands of plants here over the years, most of which I propagated from cuttings here. This place is so very special and has brought me so much joy and wonder! I meditate here often. 💜 Thank you so much for watching, Sunil. I hope you have an amazing week!
This property looks and feels like what a local or kama'aina would want their home to be and not a tourist or media image of what they think Hawai'i is.
Aloha @lhspirited, I have been trying to figure out which dog you are referring to for a couple of days... I just had a chance to sit back and watch, thinking to myself, how did I miss a dog when editing? lol It's the music! I didn't notice it at first, but as I watched with this in mind, I did hear a dog. I was thinking, how did I miss that?! LOL! Then noticed the "dog" barked to the beat... Thank you for watching!
2 thumbs up and a double ”Shaka 🤙🏼🤙🏼”…love the outdoor space 😊

I agree with you wholeheartedly, Eugene! Thank you for watching, and for your beautiful comment!
So beautiful
Mahalo nui loa, James, I will certainly miss it in so many ways! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful
Kitchen and bath look like they were built in the 90’s for 2.3 million
Don't miss part two! It just came out yesterday. ua-cam.com/video/-9TZOLXjCkg/v-deo.htmlsi=hG32eVvYuM--X0dK
Where is this property. I live on Kahuna and my neighbor just sold his place for $2.5 million. This is nicer than his.
@johnfolk1448 its a little ways after the last one-way bridge at the end of Kawaihau. I agree. It was a very special, beautiful property.
Blessed Amen
Stolen lands
Tell that to the one who paid a fortune for it.
It's too bad about the barking dog.
