Highlights strongly how bad the situation in Singapore's Sport sector is. As a retired player you'd prefer to atleast do smtg related to your hobby. But It's sad that most of the retired players can't do that because of the lack of support and that it wouldn't be rationale enough to do it in the context of 'surviving' in singapore. If there's only support or exposure to sports I'd like to see our very own, IMO Roy keane in Rafi Ali to share some of his insights during a certain situation on the football pitch. But, still I'm happy seeing him having a shop to run his business and may it run smoothly.
Is depressing and sad to see ex footballers end up either nasi lemak seller or delivery guys ..think thrice for football..admire Beckham is one thing..realistically to survive is another..this exclude injuries cost which quite permanent.
@@saharudinsarginin9280: Yes, Ahmad Ibrahim Sec School produced many local good footballers! And...Ali Rafi is a very humble & honest person as compared to that Fandi Alamat guy! That Fandi Alamat guy can't even be compared to Mochtar Dahari, Shaharuddin Abdullah, James Wong, Hassan Sunny & local V Subdramoorthy! Jita Singh Chopra now wearing a blue turban! TQ
He was my team mate back in 1989 with Ahmad Ibrahim Sec Sch..very talented player 😍
That's awesome! What position did you play?
@@1PlaySports thank you..i was the team Right Defender
