The silk pillow case has helped my hair not be so dried out in the back near my neck. I used to have a dry section of hair because the cotton pillow case would dry it out and after 1 year of using the silk pillow case I am noticing my new hair growth isn’t nearly as dry as before. I bought mine on Amazon for $16. I wash it by hand every week and line dry (drys within 6-8 hours) and it’s still in great condition.
@8:00 Dr Dray´s eyelashes are sooo beautiful , I love her and her lashes to bits and her personality. I always include you in my prayer every night Dr Dray may you continue to be our inspiration. Thank you for your videos we all loved it and love you so much.
Just started following you about two weeks ago and am really loving your videos! Had to share that I have since started using Differin and going makeup free for the first time in FOREVER! Thank you so much for all of the helpful tips! Learning a ton from you, and really love your humor!
I have recently trained myself to sleep on my back as well. I was a side sleeper and I also am a teeth grinder! I bought a foam wedge pillow. So I am now sleeping with my head elevated and it keeps me on my back. Having a pillow under my knees also helps immensely! Hope you're having a great weekend, Dr. Dray. Love your videos! 😊👍🏼😊👍🏼
The pillows under my knees helped me a lot when I had to sleep on my back 6 weeks after surgery. Otherwise, I’d slide down my pillow and want to turn over. It also helped relieve some of the pressure around my lower back and tailbone, which made things more comfortable.
I'm Indian.. we eat a lot of yellow lentils and green grams.. very healthy.. atleast 20-30 gms everyday with rice or hot rotis with a side of mixed veg salad dressed with lemon juice and mustard oil!!
Dr dray, I am so happy I have found your channel. I have learned so much. I've been following your differen program and my skin looks great. I have also started using elta sunscreen and my husband. love it. just want to thank you for your great sunscreen tips and general skincare tips. my husband had to have a basil cell cancer removed from his nose so we r both super conscious about protection and your channel has given me so many good tips and made me even more conscious about sun protection. thank you so much. truly.
Another way to train yourself to sleep on your back is to roll up a towel and place it under your neck and draped over your shoulders. A pillow under the knees helps too. I hurt my neck last year at work and that's how the doctor told me to do it because I too always slept on my side or stomach. I never even knew it helped with teeth grinding. That's good to know because I'm a big nighttime tooth grinder. Another great video! Thanks Dr. D!
Thanks B! Yeah your approach reminds me of those soothing facial/massage room set ups the salons employ to get you to relax. Hope your day is going well :)
Hi Dr. Dray- I too grew up eating brown lentils but since have loved making my lentil soup from the red lentil. I have my beauty dust and Totoro mug ordered!
Hi Dr Dray! Just wanted to let you guys know that I purchased beauty and sleep dust through spring shop and got 6% cash back with ebates and had a 10% off code for spring shop. They're $30 a jar there and free shipping. So I paid like $54 for both and I'll get 6% from ebates. Thought I'd share. Hope your day is going well!
Hi Dr. Dray! I like how your curtain looks! I just had to say, that seeing Totoro everyday gave me a great idea. I am going to send one to my mom for Mother's Day! So thank you for the idea! :)
When I used to eat lentils I only ever ate brown ones. I've since then seen the red and green varieties at the grocery store. But I no longer eat lentils, so I guess I'll never know the difference (if there even is one)!
Loved this video! Thanks for the help with sleeping on my back. I will try it. I try and try things and always end up on my back with the pillows and wedges, that were under my legs, on the floor. The years of smoking, unfortunately, did more damage than sleeping on my back did to to my face. Hugs, Susan
I've always slept on my back, because it made me feel safer when I was a kid and afraid of the dark. That way I could see the monster coming lol. I also have sinus problems, and get headaches sleeping on my back or side. However, I still grind my teeth. After getting four crowns over the years, I bought an OTC mouth guard. I haven't had any tooth issues since then, about a couple of years. Your skin looks nice in both videos, but it seems to have more of a glow in this video.
I have insomnia, GAD and a chronic pain condition so I don't get a lot of sleep, I'm lucky if I can get 5-6 hours a night and I normally need about 14-16mgs of Clonazepam to get that. My pill tolerance is bordering on ridiculous. I remember a few years ago I took 25x5mg valiums and drank nearly a full bottle of bourbon with a tonne of codeine in my system. My doctor was like, you know you should be dead right? And I barely woke up with a hangover, I just took some aspirin, drank some Gatorade and I was fine in a few hours. Not sure why I'm sharing this but I am...I really need to get my benzo/opiate habit sorted out but I literally can't function without them. Having insomnia and an anxiety disorders is bad enough but when you throw a chronic pain problem into the mix it really messes with you. Physically, mentally and spiritually I'm like a zombie most days. Sooo yeah, I doubt a silk pillow case is gonna do shit for me tbh.
Great video! Lots of good info. I'm going to give the back sleeping a go. I've broken one tooth due to teeth grinding and I fear another is cracked. Might help my sinuses also! Good luck on your black out curtains! Take care Vicki
Hi dr. Dray! I just recently bought differin gel and I also bought an aloe plant because I read the amazing things that it could do for acne and I was wondering if it's okay to put aloe on after the differin or should I put the. on on different days?
not at the same time...aloe vera has salicylic acid in it, which is probably why it helps acne; salicylic acid and adapalene (differin) should not be applied simultaneously
I too have a grinding teeth problem. When I lived with parents my sister would always wake me up and tell me to stop grinding. Since I moved and lived with husband I don't know if I do it as often. He's a HEAVY sleeper. I mean it's hard to wake the man up. When I got pregnant w my daughter I had to learn to sleep on my back. I've been sleeping on my back for about 2 yrs now. Hopefully I don't grind anymore. Who knows...sigh.
Yeah my mom noticed me doing it in my sleep later on in life, so I imagine it is one of the "adulthood acquisitions" like wrinkles, lol! Hope you are having a great day :)
Oh oh oh WOW what a wonderful idea my husband grinds his teeth when he sleeps, he has a mouth guard but NOW ! He's gunna SLEEP ON THE COUCH! HA! I love having the bed to my self .......he needs to stop grinding his teeth so couch here HE COMES! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Yes, sleeping on my back has saved my face. I was sleeping on my left side for years. I would wake up with my left eye puffy and a deep wrinkles around my left eye only. It took a while but after sleeping on my back for a while my left eye showed improvement. The wrinkles are still around that eye but not as pronounced. So much better. You can usually tell what side a person likes to sleep on. :) Oh and sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase isn't comfy at all. I'm slipping all over the place.
lol at the intro song it cracked me up ! you always pick the best tunes! and i think the beauty dust has made a difference you had great skin before but i notice an even better glow since drinking the beauty dust :)
Langcaster county is gorgeous. It's know as an Amish area with many Dutch restaurants. I've seen Shiloh farms but never tried their products. If you ever visit PA, you have to check it out.
hi Dr Dray. lentils is one of favourites as well. tks for the tip on biotin, started on 5000mcg today. love your videos and unique sence of humor. btw i love wandering grocery isles and drug stores.
Thanks! Yeah I find it so relaxing to wander grocery isles. I tried out grocery delivery services a few times (like instacart) but found myself still going to the grocery store "for fun," so I skipped that, lol! Hope you are having a great day :)
Lauren Baptiste have you ever come across traditional methods of cooking pulses? ie soaking them with an acidulant (some vinegar, whey, or lemon juice) to remove pic avid and other naturally occurring anti-nutrients? The night before the morning you want to cook up your lentils, Cover them with a lot of water, and splash in some vinegar, give it a stir, and leave it covered on the counter overnight, then rinse thoroughly and cook as usual the next morning. You won't BELIEVE how amazing they taste!
I’m a chronic insomniac (since I was a kid) and have yet to find a cure. I see a MD Sleep Specialist who has concluded it’s likely genetic 😒 Sleeping pills don’t work on me, I have great sleep habits (I’ve researched everything), and am at a loss. If you have any recommendations, I’m all ears.
if you can work for yourself and not have to go to a job everyday, sometimes that can help because you can sleep when your body allows you too, rather than under pressure of a schedule
Yay! Thanks for all the info!! My follow up question is this...when you transitioned back to the bed and didn't have the confines of the couch...do you still stay on your back throughout the duration of the night? I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything...I didn't know about the lymphatic drainage. Thank you!
I must say I was getting into the video intro music. Nice change. Your curtain looks good. I hope one panel is enough. Brilliant idea to sleep on sofa to train for back sleeping. Tempurpedic makes a pillow specifically for training for back sleeping. I had a friend tell me about it just last week. Do not know how much it would cost. Most people have a couch . You looked very relaxed at the end of the video. I enjoyed the bottom line with the silk pillow. I always thought that was a myth. : o )
Thanks! Glad you liked the tunes! Didn't know about the tempurpedic pillow, but I wonder if it similar to what is used in spas on those tables they have you like on to get good and relaxed...right before they rip my face wax off? lol!!
Love you vlog, I never ever used sunscreen before your vlog. Now I use it every day. I found your channel looking for advice on my KP. Sunscreen and subscribed, check. I hope your channel grows and Neutrogena sponsors you. On your advice I've purchased many Neutrogena products and the Beauty Dust and Coconut Milk Powder and Suja; you get the idea.
Aww thank you so much!! I am so happy to hear that you like the channel. I am biased towards neutrogena, but they are a brand that continues to deliver on fairly reliable and good quality/affordable skin care without a lot of fuss/cost and superfluous (often problematic) additional ingredients of alot of the "high end/luxury skin care lines." Glad you are enjoying and hope you have a great day.
Hello Dr Dray! Found you in UA-cam by chance few weeks ago and having being watching you since... Would like to ask you a question about blackheads....Searching the net for a product that can help to eliminate/minimize them, I couldn´t believe the amount of people also looking for a solution, but also the amount of products offering the right solution...oh, so overwhelming.... Would you recommend a product that can help fighting the blackheads? I don´t have that many but would love to see my face free of them...Maybe differin can do the job? Please help!!! Thank you!
salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide based products can help; products i use in description box of most of my videos; check out my skin care routine videos to see how i use these; have a great day!
Dr. Dray, where would I get the sleep mask you wear to sleep in? There are so many out there and I thought I heard you say your's compresses your eyes. Not sure if that is right. So I would so appreciate your letting me know where to buy your sleep eye mask.
Your skin has been looking great - so use that as an excuse to continue exploring the "dusts." Did you say that it took you about a year to adjust to back sleeping? I must do this as well; I grind my teeth so badly that it (along with age) has caused my dental composites to crumble. So I've had a number of them replaced sooner than I was hoping. I wear a night guard but the back sleeping could only help as well. Thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
Well..another back story to it is that that couch is so comfortable and didn't need to be "made up" every morning, like a real bed (just fold up a blanket and go)..so I probably dragged it out longer than necessary. My dentist sold me on the night guard, but I can't stand wearing it.
Hi, Andrea(Am I saying it right? :) I'm a new subscriber and loving your video so much! I got questions about your be loved Differin using instruction. I' m a surfer which means when I go to the beach I'm exposed to pretty intense sun light. Even if it's cloudy days I feel heat on my body and face. Of course I put on lots of sun screen.(I don't re-apply every two hr.....coz I'm floating in the middle of the sea so it's not easy to come back to the shore to do that, tho I wear the surf hat despite of being looking so uncool) So the questions are, can I use Differin(I do get pimples often -I think because of the food or the product I use. I have sensitive and dry skin) or any other Retinoid products? I don't surf every day except when I'm on the trip. I go to almost every weekend from May to December. And is it ok to use BHA , AHA products during that period? I have been using them only at night time. I just bought Neutrogena products, elta MD and Beauty Dust :) Oh, after put the Hydro boost gel-cream, can I use other serums and more moisturizer? I don't think one layer of cream is enough for my skin before sun screen. Thank you for reading. Ttu soon :)
Hi! Thanks so much for your sweet comment! Since it sounds like you only surf on vacay then I would completly skip retinoid (adapalene included) and any aha/bha while on vacay and surfing out in the sun...then just restart when you get back. These ingredients make you sensitive to sun, and that level of sun can actually worsen any skin concern (acne/rosacea/aging/etc) over the benefit of the skin care ingredient.
New subscriber and loving your videos! Thanks for all of the informative advice and tips . You rock !! Have you ever tried any of boots #7 products or strivectin that claim to be effective for anti ageing ? Probably a marketing hype .
S Roo thank you so much and glad you are enjoying the videos. Never tried boots before but will take a look next time I come across them. Hope you are having a great night
Forgive me for being a skeptic but it is hard to believe the ingredients in the Beauty Dust or the Power Dust could truly make any difference. Pearl dust? Really? And one ingredient in each of these is said to be "under study". You can buy the astragalus root by itself if that is the magic ingredient for much less money than the Beauty Dust. The Power dust lists two types of ginseng which can be purchased and an ingredient "under study". I have to wonder about the placebo effect here. Cheers!
I’ve never heard anyone claim sleeping on a silk pillowcase was anti-aging. From my understanding it doesn’t absorb your gunk and dirt like cotton does and is easy to keep clean. It also is cooler in temperature.
Hi, there! I was asking you yesterday about age spots. I have already watched your video (well, a whole bunch of your videos :)) My dermatologist recommended me to use Enlighten from a company called Neostrata. It's pretty darn expensive so that's why i was searching for an affordable alternative.
A second panel will help avoid a halo of light on either side of the window. It might not bother you, but it depends on how much sun actual hits that window. I have 8 foot, south facing window that in the very bright LA summer, make me feel like I live sun adjacent. 😜
Vanessa, I had my lids done (upper blepharoplasty) because my visual field was impaired. I compare it to living with an awning over your eyes. Immediately after surgery I saw the ceiling for the first time in my life without deliberately looking up at it. Astounding difference.
I have to learn to sleep on my back. I have SI joint issues that are being exasperated by sleeping on my stomach with my leg up. Two days of sleeping on my back. Less SI pain, no sleep.
I was cracking up about Your story about sleeping on the couch omgggg I just loveeeee Your vlogs! if You don't mind me asking (because I'm super noisy lol) what time do You usually go to sleep and wake up? (I need curtains in my bedroom to I wake up so early because of the sunlight I have to cover my eye's then I fight being claustrophobic lolhaaaaaa)
Leslie Engel I was so upset my urban outfitters didn't carry any of the dusts. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them for it. It's more expensive too on the Amazonian. Do you all know of anyone else that would carry it?
You can buy directly from their site for $30...but you don't get an ebates rebate like you might with amazon, and you would have to pay shipping and handling. I wish they would expand to trader joes and whole foods at least (and hopefully costco...though that is wishful thinking hahah!).
I tried your couch back sleeping method. Well I rolled on my side and like a crazy person I would wake up and go to the other end of the couch to get on my other side. So I guess I am and will always be a side sleeper.
I wash it by hand every week and line dry (drys within 6-8 hours) and it’s still in great condition.
rosemariewoodchuck would you mind sharing the link please?
Sleeping on the back content starts at 10:05.
Pete :"")
alwayspete thank you!
@8:00 Dr Dray´s eyelashes are sooo beautiful , I love her and her lashes to bits and her personality. I always include you in my prayer every night Dr Dray may you continue to be our inspiration. Thank you for your videos we all loved it and love you so much.
Aww thank you so so much! You are so kind! Have a great weekend.

ReneeT yeah it made a huge difference for me. Hope you are having a great weekend
The pillows under my knees helped me a lot when I had to sleep on my back 6 weeks after surgery. Otherwise, I’d slide down my pillow and want to turn over. It also helped relieve some of the pressure around my lower back and tailbone, which made things more comfortable.
I'm Indian.. we eat a lot of yellow lentils and green grams.. very healthy.. atleast 20-30 gms everyday with rice or hot rotis with a side of mixed veg salad dressed with lemon juice and mustard oil!!
love love love Indian food...like I need an Indian grandmother in my life!
Will a 24 year old sister do instead?
Dr dray, I am so happy I have found your channel. I have learned so much. I've been following your differen program and my skin looks great. I have also started using elta sunscreen and my husband. love it. just want to thank you for your great sunscreen tips and general skincare tips. my husband had to have a basil cell cancer removed from his nose so we r both super conscious about protection and your channel has given me so many good tips and made me even more conscious about sun protection. thank you so much. truly.
Thank you so much Ms Donna! Glad ya'll have a strong spf game and hope your week is going well.
Another way to train yourself to sleep on your back is to roll up a towel and place it under your neck and draped over your shoulders. A pillow under the knees helps too. I'd much rather be relaxing at the spa...ahhhhhhhhh 😴
Hi Dr. Dray- I too grew up eating brown lentils but since have loved making my lentil soup from the red lentil. I have my beauty dust and Totoro mug ordered!
They are really satisfying for sure! Hope you enjoy totoro as much a I do! Have a great day :)
I actually started sleeping that way after having multiple surgeries. So comfortable especially with the pillows under my knees! I still do!
:)
Thank you for addressing the pillowcase issue.
:)
Awesome dealio!! Thanks so so so much for sharing as others have been trying to locate the dust as well. Hope you have a great day :)
Hi Dr. Dray! I like how your curtain looks! I just had to say, that seeing Totoro everyday gave me a great idea. I am going to send one to my mom for Mother's Day! So thank you for the idea! :)
Thanks! Love Totoro and hope your mom likes her mug :)
When I used to eat lentils I only ever ate brown ones. I've since then seen the red and green varieties at the grocery store. But I no longer eat lentils, so I guess I'll never know the difference (if there even is one)!
Yeah I got some red ones from the VC, so I'll see what I can't create with them, lol! Have a great Friday :)
Us Arabs use lentils a lot. We make brown lentils with rice and fried onion and also red or brown lentil soup. I love red lentil soup.
Loved this video! Thanks for the help with sleeping on my back. I will try it. I try and try things and always end up on my back with the pillows and wedges, that were under my legs, on the floor. Quitting is (was?) tough...hard to give up I realize.
I've always slept on my back, because it made me feel safer when I was a kid and afraid of the dark. That way I could see the monster coming lol. Yeah the grinding can take a toll on the teeth. Thank you so much for your sweet comment & compliment! Hope you are having a great night :)
My daughter sleeps on a satin pillow case for her extremely curly and unruly hair, it keeps it frizz free

Take care

dizzyk54 thanks! Yeah the grinding takes a toll on the teeth for sure. Hope it helps! Have a great night 🙂

Hi Dr. Dray 😃
I always thought that using a satin, or silk pillow case was so you did not wake up with lines on your face.

Lentils soup is good too, i make with onions, tomato, fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley.
:)
I really enjoy the tidbits of information in your vlogs, I find it fun and interesting. :D
Thank you so much! Hope your day is going well :)
lol at the intro song it cracked me up ! you always pick the best tunes! and i think the beauty dust has made a difference you had great skin before but i notice an even better glow since drinking the beauty dust :)
Thanks!! Glad you like it. Beauty dust tastes good, that's for sure, lol! Hope you are having a great day!
Hi Dr. Dray! I wanted to know your opinion on the safety of hydroquinone to lighten post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Thanks for the great videos!
Safiya Muqueet thanks! Watch the q&a tomorrow..I think you will hear the answer and hope it helps 👍🏼

RazzerRaw no cure, but sun protective measures

I must do this as well; I grind my teeth so badly that it (along with age) has caused my dental composites to crumble. So I've had a number of them replaced sooner than I was hoping. I wear a night guard but the back sleeping could only help as well. Thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
Well..another back story to it is that that couch is so comfortable and didn't need to be "made up" every morning, like a real bed (just fold up a blanket and go)..so I probably dragged it out longer than necessary. My dentist sold me on the night guard, but I can't stand wearing it.
I have been to Lancaster. It feels like a totally different country every time you visit.
I'll have to visit sometime. HOpe your day is going well :)
Of course I put on lots of sun screen.(I don't re-apply every two hr.....coz I'm floating in the middle of the sea so it's not easy to come back to the shore to do that, tho I wear the surf hat despite of being looking so uncool)
So the questions are, can I use Differin(I do get pimples often -I think because of the food or the product I use. I have sensitive and dry skin) or any other Retinoid products?
I don't surf every day except when I'm on the trip. I go to almost every weekend from May to December.
And is it ok to use BHA , AHA products during that period? I have been using them only at night time.
I just bought Neutrogena products, elta MD and Beauty Dust :)
Oh, after put the Hydro boost gel-cream, can I use other serums and more moisturizer?
I don't think one layer of cream is enough for my skin before sun screen.
Thank you for reading. Ttu soon :)
Hi! Thanks so much for your sweet comment! Since it sounds like you only surf on vacay then I would completly skip retinoid (adapalene included) and any aha/bha while on vacay and surfing out in the sun...then just restart when you get back. These ingredients make you sensitive to sun, and that level of sun can actually worsen any skin concern (acne/rosacea/aging/etc) over the benefit of the skin care ingredient.
If I found out that dr dray was watching my beauty videos I’d be so self consious haha I’d always worry am I doing this right lol
Vashti Wood. yes I have. soaking with a little baking powder the night before.
I think the silk pillow case can help the hair but not the skin.
I vote second panel!! All your food always looks so good😍
Aww thanks! I think ebates up'd the cash back for jcp, so i will see if i can get a second panel. hope u have a great night and weekend :)
I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania" go Steelers! far as the lentils made in Lancaster PA that's right near Amish Country should be good peace"
What camera do you use for vlogging ?
Forgive me for being a skeptic but it is hard to believe the ingredients in the Beauty Dust or the Power Dust could truly make any difference. Pearl dust? Really? And one ingredient in each of these is said to be "under study". You can buy the astragalus root by itself if that is the magic ingredient for much less money than the Beauty Dust. The Power dust lists two types of ginseng which can be purchased and an ingredient "under study". I have to wonder about the placebo effect here. Cheers!
Palladio 1500 that is exactly what I said...it could be placebo, however I like the taste and so I continue to buy it for that reason
Thanks for sharing!
🙋♀️ hi from PA!! I’m 30 min from Lancaster ❤️
Did it end your bruxisme? I also have strong masseter muscle but my jaw-surgeon injected botox. Really helps a lot.
it helped alot...was contemplating botox before though when it was bad
Dear doc
I just love u
U r d best
God bless you
Love from India 🇮🇳
Thanks for watching!
I thought you said "I'm working on my taxes and the tax rabbit just left". If only there was a tax rabbit.
would be handy!
I’ve never heard anyone claim sleeping on a silk pillowcase was anti-aging. From my understanding it doesn’t absorb your gunk and dirt like cotton does and is easy to keep clean. It also is cooler in temperature.
helps cut down on hair breakage
Hi, there! I was asking you yesterday about age spots. I have already watched your video (well, a whole bunch of your videos :)) My dermatologist recommended me to use Enlighten from a company called Neostrata. It's pretty darn expensive so that's why i was searching for an affordable alternative.
María Baute thanks! Sunscreen is also important. While it won't fade dark spots it can prevent them from getting darker or from more coming
But urban has a sample box of all the different dust types
yeah i saw that one!
Gut it out and buy the second curtain. Sleep is worth it. (You know how frugal I am and I would spring for the second panel)
Hahah! Thanks :)
A second panel will help avoid a halo of light on either side of the window. It might not bother you, but it depends on how much sun actual hits that window. I have 8 foot, south facing window that in the very bright LA summer, make me feel like I live sun adjacent. 😜
looking for blog about foot callus and cream you use
It is listed in the description box of this video: ua-cam.com/video/gYnK-384-cw/v-deo.html
is there really any way to reverse or slow down crepey eyelids?
Vanessa Puckett not that I know of 😕
Vanessa, I had my lids done (upper blepharoplasty) because my visual field was impaired.
Less SI pain, no sleep.
hope it helps
I think the beauty dust gives you a nice glow. I enjoyed the change up in the intro music:-)
Thanks so much and glad ya'll are jiving on the tunes! Hope your day is joy-filled and fun :)
Please review beauty pillows or sorts of those
personally, i think sleeping on your back reduces the chance of getting both wrinkles AND acne so that's why i do it
:)
I hope those curtains worked. As a day sleeper or lack there of, it is very important to cut out any kind of light.
that is "truth dust" lol! Hope you are safe on the road tonight and get some good rest this week :)
I was cracking up about Your story about sleeping on the couch omgggg I just loveeeee Your vlogs! if You don't mind me asking (because I'm super noisy lol) what time do You usually go to sleep and wake up? (I need curtains in my bedroom to I wake up so early because of the sunlight I have to cover my eye's then I fight being claustrophobic lolhaaaaaa)
hahaha! Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. Sleep tight!
Hello Dr. Dray! I know that you film a weekly skincare Q&A video, but would you consider doing a personal Q&A video?
Thanks for the idea! Love your IG btw #hygge
if you add another curtain it will block more light
In more recent vlogs I did add another curtain
12:33 with the intro music...😂
😚😚😍😍😍
omg this video gave me so many answers
glad you enjoyed!! have a great night!!
It was 7 yrs ago I quit.
Congratulations!
Yes u should have gotten 2 panels
i did eventually
Im scared of sleeping on my back i get sleep paralysis
urban outfitters has a sample pack of dust
Love getting it there for sure! Thanks!!
Leslie Engel I was so upset my urban outfitters didn't carry any of the dusts. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them for it. It's more expensive too on the Amazonian. Do you all know of anyone else that would carry it?
look on line
You can buy directly from their site for $30...but you don't get an ebates rebate like you might with amazon, and you would have to pay shipping and handling. I wish they would expand to trader joes and whole foods at least (and hopefully costco...though that is wishful thinking hahah!).
Get another panel;)
Yes I love lentils
:)
I tried your couch back sleeping method. Well I rolled on my side and like a crazy person I would wake up and go to the other end of the couch to get on my other side. So I guess I am and will always be a side sleeper.
has to be narrow enough of a couch that you fall off if you roll over :)

Cool! Love those lentils. Hope you are having a great night :)
