Nobody asked for this lol but just some things that international fans might miss out on: It's a standard that students introduce themselves in the first day of class so that the both the teacher and the students can familiarize more with each other. With Pablo's intro, idk if you got it or if anyone else shared it already, but "Olbap to" is a reference to when one gets robbed at gun/knifepoint, so the robbers would make you raise your hands and say "hold up to!" then they get your stuff lol Pablo was so witty for that double-meaning line The nomination portion is part of Filipino high school culture, wherein they elect their homeroom officers (each of those student would then be responsible for something). The nominations is also a nod to the PH reality show called 'Pinoy Big Brother' where they regularly hold nominations for evictions/rewards, etc. Robi Domingo is also a host of that show. It's also possible that they did math since Robi hosts an educational series that helps kids how to do math, and PEMDAS is a method they teach here to solve math (i think other countries also do this, but possibly not all) The part where they eat in class is a nod to Filipino students eating in class (usually schedules are super tight and recess is just enough time to buy but not to eat). That and Filipinos just looove to eat lol And with the last part, it's also part of our high school culture that students stay after class to clean (usually in groups assigned to different days).
