I love how you broke it down on what you look for and how to decide what is worth it for you. You helped me so much with my business model because at first it was so hard for me to decide which would be the best for me, so thank you! You also helped me with deciding sell through rate, at first I couldn't find 100% sell through so I was so discouraged but after seeing your videos and your criteria, it helped me not feel bad because I wasn't coming across them as much! I really appreciate you so much so thank you ❤
I sold a bundle of 11 items I was sooo happy. In the new year I'm putting a lot of focus into my store so it can become a stream of income. Thank you for all your advice and videos they are helpful.
Loved this video, I think alot of people think that you can only have a successful business selling high dollar items but this is such a great way to look at a volume based business. Making sure you are still picking up items that have a good sell through rate and are not over saturated is why this business model works so well!
I agree when you don't find bolos every trip you have to use different perimeters to pick inventory. In the beginning I would pick up Banana Republic and Loft but now I check comps. I've sworn off vintage dresses bc they don't sell for me. My sweet spot are leather bags, shoes and office wear. Having a niche helps to gain return customers so I am trying to pick like items. Thank you for casually coaching me through 2024. I hope that we all have a profitable 2025.
Talking about “flaw” items, you may have heard by now about EBay’s revised policy on condition descriptions starting in Australia next month then “globally “ in February. Technsports channel does a good breakdown video on it.
You are so very helpful; thanks for sharing your Strategies. You really do provide valuable info that has helped shorten my learning curve. I've been "dabbling" in clothing, so I've watched the popular clothing resellers; however, your thorough explaination of the items that you choose (or don't choose), and your methodology for pricing, truly resonates with me. Thank you beautiful Gloria, you are appreciated. 🙏❤
Thanks for your insights as always. Someone may have asked and I missed this, but are you adjusting your Mercari strategy now that they are returning to a fee?
No not at all. It was a bonus that Mercari had no seller fees but the $20 sale, $15 net profit will still happen with their new fee and my current structure.

Girl same, lol! 😅
Super informative! Thanks again. 😊 I am curious if you have settled on a new crosslisting service? I see you have Flyp listed.
No 🫠 I tried to give auto posher another chance but it didn’t work out. I’m still using Flyp

I prefer volume.
I would like to join but $50 a month? 😢
I know 🫠 but it’s totally worth it with how much your business is going to grow from all the info you learn.
