The Velcro style belt keeper can be adjusted to fit slightly loose and then left alone. When worn, the Velcro sits facing you, not facing away from you. The pressure of the belt against your body keeps the Velcro stuck to itself so it won't open up, and it won't slide.
I'm a fan of Kore Essentials. I needed to upgrade my belts after a couple of surgeries and losing about 15 pounds. I wanted belts that were lighter than my gun belts but also supported a knife and/or firearm. Being able to adjust the fit in 1/4 inch increments is a very nice feature. The reviews and design won me over. I initially ordered 3 belts(1 leather, 2 nylon) and 2 buckles. I was surprised at the quality of the buckles and belts. It was quick and easy to adjust(cut) to the right size. Both belts(nylon and leather) easily handle the weight of my Glock 19, spare magazine pouch, and knife. I like that in seconds I can adjust the belt fit for inside or outside the pants concealed carry. The green nylon belt with the X6 black buckle looks good on jeans or shorts. It's more lightweight than a leather belt but just as sturdy. I like how quickly Kore Essentials processes an order. (They ship via USPS.) I just ordered a leather belt/buckle combination for my brother and another buckle for me (Marine Corps buckle..Hoo-rah!!!...:)).
Buying one of these now. In the process of returning my WTP (We The People) belt, way too much trouble. Thanks for the video, definitely the right belt to have for EDC and just everyday.
My brother ordered the WTP belt too and hated it, the way it was setup. He said it was a bad design and so I ordered him a Kore belt x7 black 1.5 edc belt, with the x9 buckle too. I gave a him a week and asked how its going, he sent the WTP belt back. Kore is now his favorite edc belt
thanks for the breakdown; I am probably going to order one in the next day or two... maybe I'll do a video too. I've been looking for something I can adjust as I get up and sit down... looks like this will do the trick.
I'm certain it is. The 6lb belt is stiff enough to carry a holster, a multitool and 2-3 magazines. My first one has held its shae after several years of constant use.

Absolutely the best belts hands down in my opinion. Once you go Kore you'll never go back.
Lmao

Future/Christmas Marty will thank you for cutting at 35”!
Looks really well built. Probably last a lifetime.
Use these belts at the range in the one and three quater width. Holds all my gear effortlessly.
Nice review and demonstrated assembly. Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
I am going too order this belt thanks for the review
Did they change out the material on the inside of the belt? You do not show that.
Marty love my 3 kore belts for sure.
Beautiful review
Would it work without belt loops? And with a drop leg holster?
Hi thanks for sharing sir. New supporters here.
I love KORE essential Belt it my dream to have one❤️🍻 cheers
Thanks for the sub!
Is the 8lb rated belt that much stiffer than the 6lb multicam one?
I'm certain it is. The 6lb belt is stiff enough to carry a holster, a multitool and 2-3 magazines. My first one has held its shae after several years of constant use.
Cool
👍👍
You know if the nexbelt / kore belt buckles will worth with each other's straps? Interchangeable?
Sorry, I don't know if they're interchangeable.
the extra loop they give you is very scratchy and terrible quality should be made differently for comfort
“You know”
