Brothers you guys are quarreling on the suit of Superman. Just imagine, a man with superpowers, cares about his family, city and people; also has a heart. He also has mental breakdowns. We can also compare this to the Andrew's ASM 2 where he lost every interest to become spiderman but still put the suit on. I think superman will end up frustrated but when he sees his world is at stake.. he'll suit up and fight for freedom. Really pumped up for the movie in spite of seeing people crying for the cast just like they did before batman previously.
That window logic at the beginning is exactly what you're making it's fun for. Yes, in comics Clark lives with Louis who has an apartment like that. You can check Injustice's scene where Louis reveals she's pregnant.
Henry Cavil was perfect for Superman's role but he didn't get the proper story he deserves Snyder made him more broody and dark. Superman has power of God but is more human than any of us he sees the good of humanity in all of us even in Lex Luther his greatest enemy but Superman still never killed him. Kindness and hope that's what makes Superman the symbol of love and hope the greatest Superhero to ever exist. Hope this movie do justice to Superman ❤
I personally liked man of steel, it showed us the realistic take on the character as what would happen if someone like that was living amongst us and how would he feel, as being different from the world. How people would react in the real world in same circumstances he was reveled to the world in the movie. Which is why they mentioned him Jesus like character in the movie as well, a messiah or god like being. Well its subjective so there is no argument there if someone likes or dislikes the movie. But Henry as a superman was perfect, it was like he was born to play superman. His suit was and is my most favorite superman suit specially the first one, man of steel suit. I personally think they just can't top it. The new movie may come out as good but the new superman will never be able top Henry's Superman.
