Gouache time lapse painting Rayadito de Chiloé

this is "Rayadito de Chiloé" (Aphrastura spinicauda fulva) a chilean native bird
I paint with gouache mostly and i want to show you all my process.
some of the brands i use are: Winsor and Newton, Holbein, Sennelier and Talens.
Paper i use is Fabriano and Arches "hot press" like the one on this video but you can use any heavy weight paper really.
