Internet? Off the grid?

Nick and Esther on our second most frequently asked question. Is it possible to have Internet off the grid? And if so, how do we do it?
Also: Esther was struggling with dust/smoke/pollen allergies and asthma in the particular spring when this video was shot. We're happy to report that my health is much better now. Thanks for your concern.
