one day we have to make a training session via zoom or somthing else, so we can see each other...Eku? Nice weapon, I have bought a Bo two years ago-result: Only used with a kata one time: suuji no kon. The stick slipped out of my hands, fell on the ground, at some point I even lost my bearings and went in the wrong direction... well, it was funny:)
Ha! I’ve had the same thing happen to me - the weapon slipping from my hands… on more than one occasion! Haha. Yes indeed, perhaps we could arrange a training day. Thanks for watching my video! Talk soon.
I see Century has lengths from 4.5 to 6 ft. Do you have a size you recommend? Also, that Eku seems fine for getting started but if you have any recommendations about getting one, I’d appreciate it. Thanks Sensei!
Vendors for the Eku are not as plentiful as other vendors. You might try bushikan. OR if f you know a GOOD local wood worker, you could have him make you one.
@@JasonPennellKarate Thank You! Does it matter if I get a 5 or 6 ft one to start? I was thinking 5 ft, so I could use it indoors more easily. Then yes, I have a great wood worker I plan to get one from.
thank you very much for training!
Thanks for watching!

@@44Noosh how tall are you?
6’ 2’’
@@44Noosh well, you'd want an Edu that is at least as tall as you are, if not a couple inches taller. Hope this helps!
