I bought one 15 months ago. it is the only motorcycle I've ever ridden. I only weigh 150, but it was so easy to master I love it and don't care about owning anything else except maybe another one in a different color.
I just bought my dream bike 2010 fury, I love it. I have only been riding since 2010, and everyone told me to get a used bike to start with because I would eventually drop it. I bought a 2006, 750 Shadow with 600 miles on it, never came close to dropping it. It was a great starter bike, but I never gave up on getting a Fury.
Here I am riding a 2002 750 shadow and also dreaming about a Fury. That whole "you will drop it" thing isn't bad advice per se but I know a lot of riders that have never dropped their bike. Congrats on the bike!
I have a 2016. Ultra Metallic Blue. All he says is true. The 663 lbs. was a little intimidating at first, but I got used to it. The only major problem was I had to have a custom seat made with a 2" forward push so I could reach the foot controls better. I get lots of double takes all over the place when I ride it. Even Harley guys get the wide eyes and say "THAT'S A HONDA?" when they see the side covers. Makes me smile every time.
I rode one two years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. Great power band and you can U turn in the road and maneuver easy at low speeds. If I change anything it would be the exhaust and not to a real loud one. The OEM exhaust is a bulky government pleasing can.
Wow. Love this video. I have the same exact bike. This bike is a head turner. I had its first service at the dealership last week. And the guy was saying that this was the nicest bike to come though. Anyway I love this bike.
i agree. i had a poster of perter fonda on captain america chopper in a tiny tunnel paneled with rocket box wood at Tay Ninh (rocket city) when i was in Viet Nam. I always wanted a bike close to that chopper but i never wanted the homemade risk of a chopper . this is super cool and super well built . bought one this year
there are lots of peoples now a day hate harley, may be they are so proud that make peoples hate them, while the japanese bike are not proud, as god say be humble, and that belong to god children
@@fernandomccrea Nice! I love harleys but Honda fury is my dream bike and just got it a couple of months ago, sad to hear you traded yours away, may i ask why? Was there something wrong with it?
@@richienomura425 nothing was wrong with it, my wife likes to ride with me and the fury wasn't really comfortable for the both of us, especially on long trips.
I have a 2016 streetglide but i would definitely get one of those, Honda got it right with that one, I wouldn’t get rid of my streetglide but It would be nice to have that too.
After over 40 years out of the saddle from my 1978 1000cc Sportster, I'm riding again. Riding a 2016 SYM HD 200 EVO with the famous 170cc GY6 motor. Tons of fun yes indeeed with all the cute factors, etc., and it looks brand new still at 6900 miles. However, this 70 YO man has the bug again and it's time to investigate the Honda Fury. Never even sat on one so going to a dealer to at least sit on one and see how I fit. I'm a short guy at 5'5" and 140 lbs., so I hope the Fury rake won't be a factor at slow / parking lot turns and stuff like that? Question for someone experienced with the Fury: A short armed guy here riding on a bike with a sorta raked-out front end at slow parking lot turns, u-turns, watching out for all the other elderly in those parking lots, etc.,etc. Dean Seattle, WA
I'm 5'8" 130lbs and my matte black and Honda 2012 is very comfortable. The lack of wind protection isn't my favorite thing, but I just added a all windscreen yesterday so hopefully today when I go out it will be just enough.☮️
I would definitely trim that rear fender. It looks bulbous. Otherwise, these are the coolest factory cruisers around. Definitely need a louder exhaust though. Can't even hear it.
I have the 2015 Fury and I love it. Lots of fun and rides great. I put a Corban king Queen seat on it.The spedo is plastic and now vibrates loudly.Previous owner put cobra pipes on it. The only thing I want to ad now is handle bars that come up just a bit higher and back. Kick back and enjoy the ride.
People put this bike into the muscle category. Yeah it has a beefed up 1300cc and looks like a chopper. But for sheer power and looks that put this bike to shame is the Yamaha Raider. You cannot beat the arm ripping power of the 113ci torque monster.
Really enjoyed listening to you, you really like the bike! I would like to make you some questions: does the handlebar tremble a lot when you ride? and, you think its an easy bike to ride in the city? and, im 5′ 5″ tall you think I can ride it with no problem?
Be nice if vtx 1300 engine was belt driven. I guess for price it's a good bike. They already customized exhaust and rims. I'd still want steel fenders, larger tank, different Speedo, handle bars & seat. Honda does make excellent engines
I picked one up next month, but sold it last week when i found out the scatter torques need adjusting after about the first 1,000 miles and if you don't the A-Frame could fall out. Since i bought it from myself used the previous owner didn't keep an eye on that and now the Tension pipes cant support the jumper plates and its all one big mess..
I have a 1984 shadow 750. It's in relatively good condition but my plan is to have it restored, so that it lasts another 35 yrs. Extremely reliable bike.
Se me hace más bonita estampa la honda 1,300 sabré,la Fury no se ve bien con tamaño hueco entre el tanque de gasolina y el motor, como que eso le quita figura y en la sabré eso está bien.
I have a 2012 Total Custom check it out on my channel and man I love everything about this bike , Smooth , Fast , Handles , Reliable , price is great , what more do you want !!??? Oh maybe a H.D. Emblem for some lol NOOOTTT , get a FURY there bad ass
They would look much better with the standard VTX tank instead of that stretched out piece of crap and it would hold more gas too so you can go farther. The blacked out wheels need to be chrome or at least polished aluminum. The blacked out shit looks like a kid got ahold of a spray can and tried to bob it.
I would rid all that plastic. I never understood that. The exhaust is way to long. I like the simplistic of a bike so it does look kind if neat but the sound is a bit wimpy, all you hear is that Harley in the background. I dont understand why they say it would be hard to maneuver cause of the rake, I have a wideglide and it has a rake and apes and it doesnt make it any harder
Probably the most disgusting looking bike I have ever seen in my life. This will appeal to someone who’s got into bikes late and loves watching Sons Of Anarchy.😂
go to Harley spend $35,000 and then have so many problems and then you'll be smart.👎🐒 Hahahahah..ooooo. Oh and cool cuz you'll tell everybody that you spend all the money....🤔🤔🤔🤡🤡🤡
I absolutely love riding my 2010 Fury Custom. A 6th gear would be the only additional feature I would have liked to have.

How much for the bike and how many miles are on it
bryanseitz how tall are you? If you don't mind me asking
Is it hard to make a U-turn on the Fury? Good to know Harley guys don't scoff at the bike.

Bikes since I was 10 yrs old, had heaps, just got rid of a M50 that was great, my new Fury, best bike I ever owned, by far!
I own a 2016 and LOVE IT.....had many people compliment me at red-lights on this bike.
that's exactly how I'd like mine. the blue and chrome. so sexy
My commuter scooter is a 2017 Fury. Average 1100 miles per month. Love the piss out of this bike!

Can you swap the speedo out and put a classic one in?

That's what I'd like to know, I love the wheels!

Only thing is Change.... I'd turn that 3 gal tank into a 5 gal tank. But that's me
That’s badass. I want it!
Showroom??? Exhaust not stock!
I'm looking at adding one to my stable..but I'm removing the blinkers for sure
If they come back out with a chrome tack and forks… Get rid of all the black and I’ll buy one
Blues nice you can get one cheap to
Lots of bike for the money.
Is the Fury better than the Shadow Sabre vt1100?
Way better!
The only thing I do not like is the 99mph limit. Not that I ride much at that speed, but just not a fan of the control over something I own.

I love these biks, but man I dont think I could ride them lol, id crash first corner :")
What exactly does "Rake" mean?? I'm just trying to understand.
Front wheel sticks out further forward than normal because of longer forks.
How old is this bike? They no longer offer chrome rims or the color blue
Looks weird with that gap between the motor and the tank. I like the overall look tho!
I think when I finally wear my Shadow out I'll replace it with a Fury.

How much does it cost de 2017 Honda Fury please
Needs a bigger tank, taller bars, 6 speed transmission, and an 1800 motor

It does look nice, but it is too smooth and quiet for me. Maybe if it had a Harley EVO or S&S engine in it then I would like it.
Where is the passenger seat? All that money and no seat for your girl? That's crappy man!! What is wrong with people today! Jim just jip
