I am sorry but why to make a competition between ethnicities? I find that an unvolved point of view. In future eras when more evolution happens humanity will just learn from each other not fight like animals about who is the king or who isn't. Also by saying that you seem to feel like if europeans are the enemy or like if you have some kind of complex about it. Why didnt you say the same about africans? Why not comment that you were superior to them? Being in competition truly looks to us like if you have a complex and wanna show off something. You dont need to do that, we are not better and we are not your enemy. Most of us truly respect and admire your culture and still have a lot to learn about health, about God, about spirituality... This attitude is pointless and absurd

Jai Shri Ram Hanuman was named after the root 'Hanu' meaning Jaw after His jaw was fractured by falling on a mountain when hit by Indra's Vajra, when Hanuman was on His way to eat the Sun. Worshiping Hanuman gives one relief from the negative effects of both Mangal and Shani , hence one must worship Him atleast on every Mangalvaar and Shanivaar , if not possible daily His constant worship opens up the Manipura chakra, leading to the awakening of the qualities of courage and initiative, and is especially helpful to people who suffer from fear and phobias. 40 represents a mandala, a sacred circle denoting completion. Hanuman Chalisa comprising of 40 verses is a completed sacred verse which can be recited daily. The word Bajrang is derived from two sanskrit words Vajra (Diamond) and Ang (Body) and signifies that His body is as strong as a diamond. The Bajrang Baan hymn , attributed to Goswami Tulasidas , is a poweful hymn with various beej mantras contained in it. In Rama Rahasya Upanishad verse 105 , the beej mantra of Hanuman is given as Hrum (हृ) Hence one can chant Om Hrum Hanumate Namaha 108 times daily for getting the blessings of Hanuman. Panchmukhi Hanuman is a powerful aspect of Shri Hanuman. We can understand and chant Panchmukhi Hanuman Kavach for His protection and Grace. It is equivalent to worshipping five deities namely Hanuman, Garuda, Narasimha, Varaha and Hayagriva Sundara Kanda which is the fifth chapter of Valmiki Ramayana has sixty eight sections and Hanuman Ji is the central character of this.
