How do you know where to cut/put gypsum (at which dimensions, curvature, etc)? How do you execute in reality that design which was made with this software tool?
@@Estimation_and_Architecture I'm, afraid you didn't understand. Let's say that you have to put a real ellipse (made from gypsum) on a real ceiling. How would you cut the gypsum to the needed dimensions? PS: I heard that there is a laser tool which is connected to a tablet. On that tablet you can draw different shapes with a specialized SW (like this one from this video). That laser tool was able to draw on the (real) ceiling the shape made with that SW on the tablet. This was my question, if you know a method to draw in real world what you do in the SW you presented in this video.

That actually makes sense and it won’t always be this simple and regular shapes design… in that case you might use a morph tool and shell as well
