We got Charlie doing a rapcore verse, J-Dog doing some metal screaming, Danny doing his usual melodic chorus, Funny Man doing a "classic" hip-hop verse, and Johnny doing a "heavy" rap verse. I love their musical diversity, they've really come so far.

@@nathanwhiting3015 have you not heard of changing style because of they didn't it would get very repetitive they would get very bored they want to change up their style more they want to be more diverse they don't just want to stick to rock and rap they want to diverse if they want to nothing is stopping you from not listening to them because if they don't change there style they would get very bored now would you be bored of hearing swan songs for the 13th time? Yes you would because if they change their style you want them to go back to the rap and Rock but if they would release another album with another rap Rock type Gene you'd be like "change your style I don't like this and when they do change their style you're like go back to the old style what do you want do you want them to go back to the old stuff or do you want them to go to a new style for me Hollywood undead hasn't changed personally they like diversity so do I

@@nathanwhiting3015 I partly agree... I've been listening to more than 10 years and gotta say that their original sound is much better than this. Their new stuff seems lazy and unfinished. It feels like their modern day songs are completely opposite of what they were strongly against before, idk.

Linkin Park proved it worked 20 years ago (and other Nu metal bands btw). It's a good match but I'm still surprised that they're not a lot of bands (to my knowledge) going this style.

I liked New Empire Vol I, but not Vol II, I’m more of a rock and metal lover then a pop lover, but recent singles like Idol and CHAOS have been total bangers

But after those albums I thought they took a hit on the genre they were favorited in with New Empire Vol. 1 and 2. Hoping they return to the good stuff we all fell in love with in the first place

It is nice hearing Funny Man again, but hopefully everyone understands that the only reason he wasn't on New Empire Vol. 2 much was because he wanted to spend more time with his family and I don't think he felt as many of the songs on that album as he did on Vol. 1 (which is one of my favorite albums of theirs ever by the way for how heavy it is).
When I first heard this I hated it but I’ve listened to it like 3 more times and now I’m singing along lol

@@zacharyengle4256 Tendencies was pure punk rock, bro. Been to Hell was pretty metal tho. Swan Songs and New Day had far more hard rock influences but New Empire Vol. 1 was pure metalcore
@@denonimophantom Tendencies sounds like a blend of nu metal and hardcore punk to me, like Linkin Park's "Given Up", tbh. The verses are nu metal/alternative metal, the chorus and breakdown are hardcore punk.
Vol 1 was straight up djent in some parts, like Already Dead and the breakdown of Enemy@@denonimophantom
