I do believe that I’ve seen lots of crafters using the lid like to do. They just give it a gentle squeeze and then paint away. Great card, loved the fin fold.

No apologies for your voice. We all get sick, I usually get bronchitis every year so I know how the sore throat feeling/croaky voice thing feels. You just take care of yourself and don’t worry how you sound. Excellent video and awesome card as always!
In olden times (before the availability of printed papers), demo techs used to advise us to press down the lids of full-size, flip-top ink pads. It has its advantages. I've taken to keeping an A2 panel of Tim's watercolor paper on my desk and putting inks on my glass mat to paint. I then spritz and pick up most of the leftovers with that piece of watercolor paper. I just used one that had overspray from Pixie Sparkles and Distress ink and Distress oxide to die cut a cover panel of leaves.
Aw i like how 'simple' this one look, thanks for sharing... enjoy having the kids at home x :) - hard work but fun... mayb do a 'kiddie card' as 1 of ur vids with 'litle helping hands' i bet they've inherited some of mums crafting talent :)... 'staysafe all' xx

An easier way to find the centre of the card is to draw a diagonal line from the opposite corners, the centre is where the lines cross :)
