If you ever feel unsure about the English letter V and the sound it represents, here is some advice that you might consider if you wanted: make the F sound, as in "from." Notice how that sound is just breath without your voice. Then, add your voice to it. Notice how that changes the sound. This is how V is pronounced. It's just F with your voice added. Hope that is of some help!
