What die cut machine did you use for your snowflake dies. I have use so many different pressure settings and my snowflakes just don't want to cut properly. The middle in the large snowflake just embosses and doesn't cut. The little snow flakes don't cut at all. I am even using shims to add more pressure to try and cut the flakes. I am almost to the point of throwing them in the recycle bin. They are just trash to me at this point.

Hi Hannah, I am sorry to hear about the problem you are having. I use the Spellbinders Platinum Die cutting machine and the snowflake dies run through beautifully for me. I do place them on the left or right of my sandwich when cutting them for better pressure results. I suggest contacting Simon Says Stamp and share with them the problem you are having. They are a wonderful company and I know they will try their best to fix it.
