This mofii keyboard+mouse is connected to any device using an otg usb and the otg usb supports iOS 13 or later. So if your apple device is iOS 13 or later, then it would also connect to the mofii keyboard. To check what iOS your iPad or other apple devices, go to settings - general - software (software update)
After following all of the steps in the video, go to:
Settings --- Accessibility ---Keyboards -- Full Keyboard Access (Turn it on).
✅ Can you connect this to any android devices as well?
I have not tried connecting all of the android devices to the mofii keyboard+mouse, so I cannot be sure about that. To be sure, ask the seller first if it is compatible with your device.
✅ Do you really need the OTG usb to connect the mofii keyboard+mouse to your device?
YES! For this mofii model, you will really need an OTG usb for you to be able to connect the mofii keyboard+mouse to any of your devices. Just be sure to buy the correct OTG usb that is compatible with your device. Again, I have not tried to connect every device, so please do ask your seller first if it’s compatible with your device.

No. This wireless keyboard is connected via 2.4 GHz frequency which means, you will need to have an OTG USB for it to connect to your device.

i have a HPLaptop. The mouse works great but the keyboard is dead!. new battery and all. what do i do?

Just like what I did in the video, follow these steps:
1. Please open the battery cover at the bottom of the mouse and take out the USB receiver, and then plug into the USB port of computer.
2. You should prepare 1* AAA and 1*AA battery for keyboard and mouse when you first use it.(not included).
3. The keyboard and mouse combo will connect automatically in a few seconds.
4.If the mouse and keyboard combo can not connect with computer, please repeat step 1 to step 3.
Notes:
1.When you don't use the mouse for a long time, the mouse will enter sleep mode to save battery. You only need to click it, the mouse will enter working mode again.
2.Please plug the receiver into computer first and then turn on the mouse. Don't turn on the mouse first and then plug the receiver into computer.

How long do the batteries last in the keyboard and mouse roughly, for someone who would use this daily most of the day (office worker)

Wow! great content! But here's a question: can you play games using this keyboard on your iPad, like Roblox or something? Because in my past Bluetooth keyboards, they wouldn't let me move properly, like I had to click them over and over again :< Thank you!
Thank you for this great feedback! :> I already tried to play roblox using this keyboard but sadly it does not allow me to move using the arrows nor the w,a,s,d so like you, I also used my mouse to be able to move which is really a hassle.

You can use something called switches which is in settings and it’s an accessibility feature where you can have it replicate as you if would move your finger across the screen, but it’s really chubby and it’s better used for Minecraft. Minecraft would probably work better by using “Hold At Point”

I have not tried this method with the igear keyboard so I am not so sure about that, but if the igear keyboard connects through OTG usb, then you can follow this video to connect your keyboard to your device.
hmm, i’ve been wondering but, can you use the wired mofii keyboard to connect to the ipad? like, just use the otg to connect the cable?
the mofii keyboard that i’m using is wireless and it connects only when its USB receiver (the mofii usb, the one at the back of the mouse) is connected to the OTG usb plugged in my device, that’s why I really need to plug in the mofii USB receiver to the OTG usb for it to work

Try double checking if you already placed the batteries on the keyboard. And if you already did, make sure they’re new to be sure that they’ll defn work

Please make sure to place working batteries to both the keyboard and the mouse. And make sure that your keyboard and mouse are from the same box/packaging cause if its different mouse and keyboard, then that won’t defn work.

Hello! Can anyone reply to this please? So basically does it connect to ios iPad? (iPad pro) and is it good for gaming? For example can u press two buttons at once whilst moving your in-game character? For example whilst making your character run try to press the space bar (jump button) at the same time as running and if your character is jumping whilst running, that’s how you’ll know if two buttons can be pressed at the same time and how it is good at gaming! Game names example; roblox, minecraft, etc

Based on what I've searched, you can try these solutions:
FIX 1 - On keyboards with an Fn key, hold down Fn and press the key (F1, F2.... F12) to use the alternate commands.
Tips:
1) You can also press and hold Fn while moving your finger up and down on the navigation pad to scroll within a document.
2)You can press and hold Fn while pressing keyboard letters M, J, K, L, U, I, O, P, /, ;, and 0 to match the physical layout of a numeric keypad.
FIX 2 - Check if the function keys are locked
Sometimes the function keys on your keyboard could be locked by the F lock key. As a result, you can’t use function keys. Check if there was any key like F Lock or F mode on your keyboard. If there is one key like that, press that key and then check if the Fn keys could work.
FIX 3 - As many users reported, they make their function keys work again by pressing the F11 or F12 key. You can give it a shot and see if it also helps you solve the problem.

Is the key board blue tooth ?
This keyboard do not have bluetooth function. You need to have an OTG usb for u to be able to connect the keyboard to your devices.
However, this mofii keyboard is a 2.4 GHz WIRELESS keyboard, which means it requires an OTG usb for you to be able to connect it to any device. For this mofii keyboard to work, you really need to have an OTG usb to be able to use it. As seen in this video, this keyboard functions through connecting the USB receiver (the one from the mouse) to the OTG usb, and there’s no other way.
After following all of the steps in the video, try to go to settings ------> Accessibility ------> Keyboards --------> Full Keyboard Access (Turn it on).
