No I think it happens because of the reactor call. That happened to Poki twice and she called reactor both times and then tried to kill one person and it didn't work and in the other round she tried to kill someone else but couldn't kill anyone at all.
It wasn't guardian angel if it was, it would have shown when button was called. Defs a bug.
