I ordered my Peloton last week. It won't be here 'til late March. But I rode it at the store and WOW. It's such a smooth and QUIET ride which is very important to me as I live in an apt with paper thin walls, lol. I was gonna do Rogue Echo until I realized how loud they were.

hard to say without knowing the brand/model of her stuff, but if you buy good value equipment it's well under 20k. I have a full rack with pull down cable, dumbell handles, barbell, weight plates, bench, punching bag, and mats, and it was less than 10k. You can certainly buy for a lot cheaper or used. but her Peloton bike is 3k alone so...

Isn't it nice to have money, the whole basement is the size of my flat Like your gym very much cool design You can get standard bars ( 1 inch hole standard plates as well) which are 7 foot which should fit your rack so if you wanted to do squats and so forth it's much easier and the bars don't worry that much at all
